Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. Our beef is dry-aged and meticulously handled by our expert team. The steaks are then cooked in a custom made, top heated, radiant broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices.

Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings such as Copper River Salmon.

Our bakery turns out fresh baked dinner rolls daily along with a variety of home made cakes and desserts. First timers must try our famous "Chocolate Sack".

Our lively cocktail lounge, located in the lower level, has an elegant yet casual atmosphere.

Excellent in all areas—service, steaks cooked perfectly and tender, all sides were delicious, best hot rolls. Nice quiet atmosphere so we could enjoy our wine and conversation.

Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.

Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. If you feel that your party requires more time, please let us know in the notes and we will get back to you with our available accommodations.

This is the last The Keg in the Seattle area. It is the original high quality affordable steakhouse that used to have multiple locations around here. The classic bacon wrapped filets were juicy, tender and perfectly cooked to order. The lobster bisque, crab cakes and salads were all enjoyed by our family. I don’t know another steak house in these high inflationary times where two couples can get this quality for under $50 a person. Five stars across the board in my opinion. Thanks to the owner and entire staff for a wonderful dining experience.

The Metropolitan Grill. The moment you step into the Metropolitan Grill, you know you have entered a classic steakhouse. Guests enter through tall mahogany doors to be greeted by tuxedo clad Maitre D’s. Cuts of beef are showcased in a glass display in the front entryway. Framed photographs of celebrities, sports heroes and local politicians, all frequent visitors to The Met, line the walls.


At the Metropolitan Grill, the focus is on the Prime beef, American and Japanese Wagyu. Steaks are seared over the high heat of the “Iron Wood of the World,” imported mesquite charcoal, ensuring the most tender, juicy steaks available. Metropolitan Grill Chefs personally select each cut that is served to guests.

Our food was excellent, but equally as good was our service. Our waiter was able to answer questions about the extensive drink menu and guide our party to drinks that fit our palates. I sincerely appreciate great service, as it makes an expensive outing a wonderful experience worth coming back to.

Very nice meal; the waitress noticed I hadn’t eaten my steak and immediately followed up to verify my satisfaction. I had ordered a medium well done steak and I think it met that criteria but the cut was very tough I couldn’t cut it without shaking the table. She insisted I return that one for a new plate, same choice. Second was like butter. Service was exceptional.
