Ambrosia Bistro was conceived by Scott and Kara Cook to bring a feeling of downtown to the Spokane Valley. Located near historic Millwood, our inventive cuisine, great selection of spirits and Northwest wines, as well as our attentive staff are all designed to make your visit to Ambrosia a truly memorable one.

We have seasonal patio dining, a full bar, both booth and table seating, and we are fully handicapped accessible. Our flexible seating allows us to accommodate groups up to 45 people with advanced notice. We also offer off-site catering for groups up to 150.

About the restaurant

We offer gluten-free contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine with Northern Mediterranean
influences - think Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish. We specialize in wine, cider and spirit flights.

We used to be Capitol Cider so we kept the culinary faves from that business but added diverse & healthy options, courtesy of Chef Ton Yazici & Sous Chef Ben Jones. We make most everything from scratch including our baguettes.

In addition to our 100+ ciders, beer & full bar, we serve local Washington wines as well as a selection of Mediterranean ones, curated by winemaker Rich Burton.

Main dining room is all ages with 75 seats. Downstairs bar/event space holds 150 people - 21+only for regular hours. Please note that food service stops 1 hr prior to closing during weekdays.

SPECIAL NOTE: We require a credit card hold for reservations 6 or more. If tables are available, you can make reservations up to 16 people. If you are unable, email us at info@astirseattle.com.

My friend with celiac is visiting from out of town and this place was amazing. The food was so good, the menu options really varied and the service was outstanding.

We recognize that the current construction makes it hard to get to our location. We do have a parking garage that is accessible from the east side of 35th. We validate for $3 parking, ask your server for a parking voucher. There is also street parking in the neighborhoods of Stone Way. We also encourage walking, biking, or ride share when possible.

Love this place! Have been twice for brunch, would also like to try dinner sometime. Ambiance is cozy. Staff are great. It took a bit of time for our food to arrive but we were not in a hurry. Delicious dishes! Would go back again and again.

You would think for that expensive of a dinner, the corporation could spring for a playlist of original artists. The horrible cover bands are jolting and kill the ambiance. Service and food were great!

Poquitos Chef Manny Arce offers authentic presentations of traditional Mexican cuisine while utilizing the regional benefit of high quality Northwest farms and purveyors. This was lunch and it was pretty quiet in there not very crowded. Service was excellent. Food was fantastic ambience also great and I’m sure when there’s more people in there it is more hopping overall a great experience and will be returning.
