About the restaurant
Located on top of the all-new Muckleshoot Casino Resort tower in the heart of the bountiful Pacific Northwest. Smoke & Cedar will be among one of the country's leading steakhouses, dedicated to providing excellent guest service, fine libations, prime steaks and the best seafood the PNW has to offer. This one-of-a-kind restaurant in Washington commands 270-degree views of Mt. Rainier, the Puget Sound and both the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges.

Smoke & Cedars menu is updated seasonally to best showcase ingredients collected by foragers from the farmers markets, regional farms, and other artisan purveyors. The soul of the restaurant quite literally extends through its decor to spectacular views, complimenting a menu that conveys the sentiment that quality procured ingredients-are better appreciated on a beautiful plate in an approachable but elegant setting.

Bon appétit!

The food was excellent, although they did forget our appie. The bacon wrapped shrimp was served with the dinner, and it was excellent! The halibut was cooked perfectly, the fish and chips are delicious, and the salmon cakes were very good! Awesome atmosphere, beautiful view overlooking the marina and the islands. One of my faves.

We have been wanting to try Woven and what a better way to try it with birthday celebration. We started with seafood pillows, spicy tuna roll and hamachi. All were great, the spicy tuna roll was delicious. For entrees, the 4 of us tried a different entree. We did the Cedar plank salmon, paella, miso glazed black cod, and the short ribs. All were very tasty, the short ribs were a favorite but all were amazing!! For dessert we shared the berry panna cotta, a sweet treat. Our waiter was wonderful, attentive, knew the menu when asked and made great suggestions. Overall, it was wonderful. A great place to celebrate a special occasion. We will be back.

The hostess (she made note of my gluten allergy and informed our server) and our server, Quinn, were warm and welcoming. Quinn was knowledgeable and attentive to my gluten allergies and prepped our dessert to go so we could take it back to our room. The cocktails and food were delicious and the view at sunset was calming.

Leschi / Madrona / Madison Park
About the restaurant
We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. The menu reflects all the goodness that a cozy bistro should offer, including the ever famous & popular "Lake Side Café" Fish and Chips... gotta keep the neighborhood happy. Stop in for some brunch on the weekends or some late night food.
