Book your special, one-of-a-kind dining experience with Bar-Ranch Steak Company? Primarily a craft butchery emporium open Wed-Sat, providing lunch from 11am-2pm featuring some of the best Dry-Aged burgers in the DFW area.
Then at the turn of the clock we transform into a exquisite fine dining establishment. With only 6 tables you will enjoy a very intimate setting with a unique view of our one-of-a-kind dry-aging room. Highlighted by a 300 sqft illuminated Himalayan salt wall, you will see cuts of prime and exotic beef such as Japanese Brown Wagyu (Akaushi), A4 & A5 Japanese Black Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, American Wagyu and some of the very best USDA Black Angus Beef you will ever experience.

This place blew my expectations away. We went for a birthday dinner. It was very intimate. My first wagyu steak and it was the best steak I’ve ever had. Definitely for people who love and appreciate food and fine dining. Especially steaks and wine. I loved being able to watch the 2 chefs. I took my fiancé as a surprise and it was the perfect gift.

The wife and I love this place so much. I always gets steak Salerno as an entree because you can’t get steak like that anywhere else. The wife prefers to try something different each time and she’s always happy with the choice. Chef Salerno is always walking around checking on guests to ensure they are happy. ❤️
