Really excellent meal. The pescatora was outstanding. And, the Insalata Momo is always a winner. Love this place.

Wonderful, creative food in an environment that reminds you of eating in someone’s home served by the family who lives there. In reality, it is a family affair to prepare the food and Gino who describes each dish always paints a beautiful picture of the dish and its ingredients and its significance. Dining room seats only 8 at a communal table. Best restaurant experience in Dallas.

Food was delicious. One of the best steak and lobster meals I've had! Service was great, noise level was moderate, and overall we enjoyed the atmosphere. My only drawback was the hard, unpadded seating. No padded seats to be found anywhere. Was a little uncomfortable throughout the meal. Otherwise, a very nice evening.

For decades, Dunston's Steakhouse in Dallas has served classic steaks and other home-style Texas dishes in its relaxing and welcoming restaurant. The breaded and fried mushroom poppers and the tender calamari make delectable appetizer selections. Some of Dunston's Steakhouse's specialty entrée dishes include fried chicken breast, the grilled farm raised catfish and the grilled salmon, all of which come with sides like our famous salad bar (voted Dallas' best) butter beans, fried okra, baked potato and sautéed fresh spinach and broccoli. Of course, Dunston's Steakhouse is all about top-quality mesquite grilled steaks, like the bone-in ribeye, the bacon-wrapped filet and the New York strip, all prepared to order. First time dining here and definitely not the last. The Carpaccio de Manzo (beef) was amazing. Likewise, the Polpette (veal meatballs) with house marinara sauce with melted cheese was very tasty and flavorful. The black ink Taglioini Fradiavolo seafood pasta with scallops and jumbo shrimp was superb. It’s as good if not better than the same dish served on the east coast. Everyone loved the Margarita (cheese pizza). Two thumbs up for cannoli. Our server provided friendly service. The owner Leo checked in with us to see if we liked our meals. Excellent meal overall and highly recommended
