A warm welcome and lovely ambience were the foundations for an informal but refined dining experience. The service was pitched in the sweetspot between polite and casual, and the food was all to a high standard in terms of quality and presentation. The prices felt a little high for the quantities involved and the acoustics made hearing a little difficult at times, but these are minor gripes that do not detract from a positive night that we shall repeat soon
