La Bodega food and wine service cannot be beat. I am not a vegan or vegetarian but I do not miss having meat in the dishes they prepare. Had a vegan shepherd's pie and my wife had the mushroom cream sauce over fettuccini and they were awesome.

Kokkari (pronounced “Ko-Kar-ee”) is a small fishing village located on the islands of Samos in the Aegean Sea, whose name is derived from the small onions that were once produced in the nearby fields. Its fertile soil and Mediterranean climate translated into an abundance of fresh produce as well as treasured seafood and game. Legend tells that Kokkari is the site where Orion, a mighty hunter and a young man of gigantic stature and great beauty, fell in love with the daughter of the king of Chios. For the love of her, Orion forged the island for wild game and seafood to prepare elaborate banquets in celebration of their love. Today, we hope you will enjoy your own celebration as you dine at Kokkari Estiatorio on food “fit for the Gods” prepared with an Aegean palate and the style of innovative California fare.

Went for the 1st time, and definitely plan on going back. Lamb chops were cooked perfectly, and the pita bread - drool!! The servers were very helpful and answered all my questions about all the greek words I had no clue about. Wish I wasn't allergic to octopus, because several tables around us ordered it and it looked delicious.

I love tis place. They bring excellence to everything they do. From the moment you walk in you r=are greeted in a lovely and respectful way. It is rare these days to enter a business and know from the outset that they value your patronage and I feel that here. Every bite of food i have ever had here is superb as is the service ... always. It is expensive but worth every penny. Come and EnJOY!

A last minute, Sunday night birthday dinner. We've frequented this place for many years and it never disappoints! Dining room is attractive and comfortable. We shared many items, and all were really nicely prepared and delicious. My only qualm is that we bought 4 glasses of wine, and they still charged a $35 corkage for a special bottle we brought.

We offer Farm to Table Cuisine in a casual atmosphere with a seasonal menu featuring local produce, sustainable seafood, and all natural meats.
We support slow food.

Reservations are recommended.

Named for Capri, a culinary crossroads for Mediterranean-Rim cuisine, Cetrella's 22-year fine dining appears in Gourmet Magazine, MODERN LUXURY Silicon Valley Magazine, among others. The dining room's atmospheric Venetian plaster colors evoke sea and sky, sand and cliffs, foliage and forestry, opening to a Spanish-tiled Paseo, teaching kitchen and underground speakeasy.

Cetrella’s Executive Chef, Josuë Monterrosas, has 17-year expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, training with top chefs in Basque, Spanish, French, Italian and Austrian cuisine. After Bruges culinary school, Salzburg and Bergamo staging, he trained at 3-Star Michelin restaurant Arzak in San Sebastiàn, Spain and Mexico City affiliate Tezka. Chef Monterrosas leads Cetrella’s culinary team preparing innovative dishes vichyssoise, cod-stuffed piquillo pepper, lobster campanelle, king salmon on cauliflower cream, tarte au chocolat ambroisien with blood orange sorbet.

Cetrella is an exquisite restaurant. The menu is unique and inspiring. The owner and his staff are welcoming and personable. The attention to detail is consistent and upstanding. I typically have an “on the side” ordering style because I do not like heavy sauces, too much garlic, or excessive salt. Cetrella never fails—I order “as is” and I am never disappointed. What an amazing experience—each and every time. Special occasions or just celebrating life, this is the place to go.

Had a great lunch . Fun to sit on the patio but noisy from the street . Wait staff was great and made some excellent recommendations. Never a disappointment
