Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

Serving dinner nightly 4:00-9:30pm. We have a 15 minute grace period. Reservations late beyond these times cannot be guaranteed. If running late or need to cancel we kindly ask that you call us or e-mail us at montaukvail@gmail.com if outside of business hours.

Oysters were very good. The coating on a lot of the fried seafood is oddly semi sweet, mixed reviews from the table on it, but was all properly cooked, crispy and fresh
