We loved everything about this restaurant. Service and food was excellent. I absolutely loved the artichoke tortelloni, just so light and flavorful. The assortment of the bread basket is always a nice touch as well.

The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. My wife and I had a wonderful meal on a Thursday - we split every dish (as we often do) which included the Mixta salad (so yummy!), and three Tapas: the tortilla de papas (different and great!), the meatballs and champinones (super tasty eaten together). We also had one order of the pan roasted salmon. All the food was prepared so well, and our server very pleasant - my only nit with the evening was that the timing of the salmon to our table was pretty long after our last Tapas had been delivered, in fact so long we were wondering if they had forgotten about it, and so we asked the server if they hadn't fired it yet to just hold off (plus we were already getting full!). But it arrived a couple minutes later - we had a few bites and packaged the rest for a great lunch the next day.

Great place in Vail village. Initially we were seated very close to the host stand. Made a request to move because it was so noisy and cold from the doors opening and closing. They accommodated us without question. Staff was very attentive throughout the entire meal. Water glasses never went empty. Always available for anything we needed. Staff was very helpful in explaining the menu and dishes. We chose to do a family style/shared meal. For four of us we ordered three appetizers, two first courses, and one entrée. This was plenty of food. Everything was great, but the burrata appetizer and the lamb entrée stood out as spectacular. We also shared two desserts and had a bottle of wine. All in cost was about $400 (including tip) which we felt was fairly good value for the quality of the meal and dining experience. There is a great speakeasy bar separate from the restaurant. Will come back and check that out on another day. Also, very cool arcade area available for all ages before 9 PM. Our kids are older, but this would’ve been a lifesaver when they were younger.
