The Pepper Tree restaurant has been a tradition for fine dining in Colorado Springs since 1983. Serving steaks, seafood, lamb, veal and more, the Pepper Tree is legendary for impeccable cuisine, ambiance, service and breathtaking views of the city. The Pepper Tree's signature Mango Chutney Pepper Steak and other specialties, including Chateaubriand and Steak Diane, are prepared or finished table side.

Exceeded expectations! Excellent tasting steak, sides and wine selection. Don’t pass up getting the chop house’s premiere martini! I can’t wait to go back for that particular item alone. We were celebrating 3 birthdays ( my 2 daughters and I are 2 weeks apart)! They went out of their way to make us feel special. They don’t do anything embarrassing like sing to you however my family sang it and some folks across at the bar clapped! It felt very fun and the atmosphere was perfect for it! A very welcoming dining experience Thank you New Sheridan Chop House for incredible food , beautiful atmosphere, and a memorable celebration with my family

Shanahan's is the modern interpretation of the classic steakhouse. Executive Chef Tony Molinaro has immersed himself in creating meals reflecting his vast knowledge and professional favorites. Chef Molinaro has reached out to local purveyors and partnered with vendors offering the highest quality products. Expect only the finest quality beef, fish and other culinary compositions.

For our annual Chili Fest celebration on September 26th, we will be accepting reservations from 1 PM - 5:30 PM, but please contact the restaurant directly to make your reservation. Thank you!

Excellent restaurant and experience in Colorado Springs. Beautiful restored bar in historic Alamo Building. Beef and Brie appetizer is hearty and feeling with the bordelaise. Steaks are tender and juicy. Try the pasta…surprisingly good.

Incredible dining experience! One of the best fine dining restaurants in Denver! My husband and I were celebrating a shared birthday and we were treated like royalty from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we sadly had to say goodnight. Small touches like a confetti decorated table and birthdays card set the tone. Our server, Kristen, was absolutely delightful and allowed us to take our time and savor every course. We have been coming to Capital Grill for years and it’s a memory every time. Drinks, appetizers, steaks, seafood, sides, wines…all exquisite. Even the warm bread basket with that incredible salted butter is drool worthy! We were stuffed and then came the out of this world crème brûlée and platter of mini desserts with a celebratory glass of very nice champagne! Thankfully we somehow “saved room”! For a night out you’ll never forget, you can’t beat Capital Grill!
