The award-winning Uchi, which translated from Japanese means “home,” was first opened in Austin, Texas by James Beard Award winner Chef Tyson Cole. Since then, Cole’s signature non-traditional take on Japanese cuisine has been warmly received by visitors from across the country and around the globe. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Easily the best sushi in Denver, no question, and arguably one of the best restaurants in Denver. The atmosphere was wonderful. Sake selection is impressive and delicious. We did the 10 course omakase and every dish was perfection. Our only complaint was a few hiccups pacing. Overall it was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary:)

Ophelia’s has taken many forms over it's long and storied history. Built in 1888 the historic Victorian-Style Airedale Building has been a brothel, saloon, hotel, bar, peep show & adult video library.

Our unique 8000 Sq. Ft. space features décor that honors the building’s past, and Ophelia, the muse. Ophelia's continues the Edible Beats tradition of globally-inspired, responsibly-sourced food. Our menu features fresh, craveable takes on flatbreads, sandwiches, and brunch, in true "Gastro-Brothel" style.

We will be open for regular hours, pending shows & events, Wednesday through Saturday for dinner & entertainment, and Saturday and Sunday for brunch. We will be open for select Tuesdays, but otherwise closed without programming.

We're looking forward to welcoming you into one of the oldest and most unique dining and entertainment spaces that Denver has to offer!

Ophelia’s was a wonderful place to visit and had an electric atmosphere!!! Live music, great drinks, and excellent pizza!!! My only gripe, the kitchen closed too early! Definitely one the places to visit in Denver

Our Outdoor Igloos are available for a 5:00pm seating or a 7:00pm seating. Four person minimum, with a minimum spend of $25 per person. 2 hour time limit.

Our brewery and restaurant, located in Greenwood Village CO, serves an eclectic variety of globally driven beer and street food. Set inside a street market inspired taproom, we specialize in showcasing unique flavors from around the world in both our beer and food. From the flavors of Central America to Nepalese chai tea and the spices of Thailand there's always something exciting to try. Ready to explore?

We have a time limit on guest experience set at two hours, but if we can accommodate longer visits, we will.

What a great location and very convenient to us who live in the suburbs of Denver. The food was really yummy, I wish they had even more selections, but they do have a good amount! Great vibe, and music as well!
