Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. The experience at the Black Cat Farm is one like no other. The service is fantastic, the views and ambiance are unmatched. The food is delicious, fresh as can be, and plentiful. This truly is something special- and the family and team that runs it are special. The passion for food and agriculture is evident- and the time was taken by the owner/ chef to share and explain this magical place. It is a pricey evening, for sure, but if you are looking for a once in a lifetime- completely unique dining experience, it will not disappoint.

Join us for an under the stars experience in our exclusive, heated rooftop Alpenglobes for a unique & intimate dining experience. Enjoy date night, a family dinner or a business outing. Our globes can host up to 6 guests. There are no pre-set menus & guests will be able to order from our a la carte menu options. Globes will be reserved up to 15 minutes past your reservation time, after which the reservation will be released & charged the cancellation fee. We do reserve the right to charge $50 per person if cancellations are made within less than 24 hours.

Enjoy intimate, full-service dining, with coursed meals & a curated wine list in our "old-world" ambiance, "worlds" away from our fast-paced main level. In 2025, we will bring back community table nights & wine dinners. We have revised the concept to include an assortment of new seasonal menus (with some familiar authentic Tuscan favorites) & a few new events! We also OFFICIALLY return to private party bookings with a more streamlined booking process at PARISIsottoDenver.com. Now that Parisi is open on Sunday, you will see events & dining hours pop up on Sundays, too. The hours will vary & will typically be focused on weekends, but you can continue to check our calendar & newsletters for details. Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays will be closed for regular dining.

Had a great experience at Forage & Feast today for ski day lunch. Took about an hour to complete lunch which was not too bad. Two of us had the burger and I had the trout. Burgers were very good and cooked to order. The trout was amazing and one of the best restaurant meals I have ever had! Highly recommend this adventure.

The environment is so cozy and fun and vibey all at the same time. The service is truly wonderful and friendly and fun. I’ve had the food here a couple of times and its lovely but tonight I tried the flatbread and it honestly blew me away. It was so fresh - like high-end flatbread. i’ll order again and again. I’m dazzled by this place.
