4th night in merida and this place has the best drinks by far. our bartender, daniel was kind and offered the best suggestion. highly recommend using whatsapp to make a reservation

Jose Rose is a beautiful restaurant along with a beautiful bakery and bar and beautiful lounge area with a pianist. Food was very good and the service was excellent.

Just after we arrived the electricity went out! Although not affecting food production, it was a sweltering day and we were faced with the decision of dining without air conditioning or leaving. We decided to stay and were not disappointed! We had the eggplant appetizer and it was innovative and delicious! We dined on the fish of the day (snook) and picanha, both wonderful! The service was outstanding, the ambience warming 🤣, and it was our server’s birthday, a memorable experience for all!
