In the Middle Eastern culture, meza (Lebanese term for appetizer) consists of a vast array of small sized, hot and cold dishes, great for sampling and sharing. At Carousel, our menu offers a selection of kebabs to seafood to an array of vegetarian items. We offer more than 60 meza items, ranging from familiar dishes, such as hummus, falafel and tabouleh to more traditional delicacies. Everything that we serve comes from original family recipes passed down through generations. With the supervision of our Chef de Cuisine and co-owner, Mrs. Rose Tcholakian, each dish that is served is sure to bestow the quality and freshness Carousel is well known for. Hudson House offers a large menu of beverages that features craft cocktails, wines, craft beers and a curated backbar that includes bourbon/rye, gin, tequila/mezcal and scotch. Come solo and sit at the bar or bring a friend and enjoy drinks at a table in the dining room. Looking to dine outdoors? Join us for dining al fresco on our expansive outdoor patio with TVs and numerous picnic tables. Hudson House has a menu with several types of dishes like the toasted edamame and shishito peppers or the serrano cheddar grit fritters. Dig in on the brown sugar pork ribs, a marinated skirt steak served with truffle cheese fries or the Hudson House pretzel burger. Finish your meal or just stop by for a sweet dessert of chocolate chip pretzel bread pudding. Hudson House is great for group dining and corporate events on our patio or in the bar. Not sure where we are locaated? Look for the Brady Smith mural with doodles on an orange building.

This is my first time dining here. We did have a reservation. I was a few minutes late, but I called ahead. They were still very accommodating. It just took a while. The food was phenomenal and the price point was well matched. Their drinks were good as well. The only thing negative I had to say was maybe about the service. It was a little busy, but it seemed like they only had two servers? Overall, I would still return maybe just not on a Friday night.

This was our first time to Planta, everyone was wonderful. The server walked us through her favorites along with the most popular menu items. Everyone we encountered appeared to be having fun working there. We look forward to going again and trying other offerings.
