Coming from Edmonton where we do not have any tasting menus, I decided to make a reservation here as a friend and I were both visiting from out of town. The food, Service and atmosphere were amazing and we will definitely be back.

We had the nine course tasting menu. What a great experience and a refined and delicious journey! Everything was very tasty, flavourful and superbly presented from the canapés to the dessert. We decided to go with the wine pairing which was perfect, as it elevated and enhanced the whole dinner. The service was exceptional. Caring enough without being overwhelming and with attention to detail. The ambiance with the background jazzy music and the decor sends you right back into the roaring 20’s. We loved it! Definitely a gourmet/ fine dining/ gastronomic restaurant which deserves a Michelin star.

Technically highly complex foods for flavor and presentation. Not typical Calgary menu thankfully. Not weird or restrictive either. Balanced varied menu. Great wine selection of wine by glass. Very considerate of allergies. Not fussy or pretentious. Sat outside so quiet. Vegetable pave and bison tartare were very good. As was lamb osso bucco and arctic char. Chocolate beignets were very flavorful however not light and airy.
