Phenomenal food and service. We’ve been once before and I think the food is even better now. We had mushroom pasta with saffron ricotta and a smash burger. Can’t wait to go back. Would be delicious for anyone of any dietary preference.

I've returned several times to Nami Nori, since my first experience in... 2021 maybe? Great food, and every guest I've brought (for business lunches and for personal dates) has also been impressed with the quality. Although I only visit on rare occasions, the consistency in quality is appreciated. This is a splurge for my budget, and I'm not sure how to judge the menu pricing against other similar Tamaki bars--so I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for "value" but this is not a critique or complaint. Each time I come, I also notice there are several Japanese-speaking diners around me, and I'm not sure if this should be interpreted as an extra endorsement or signal of authenticity, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's that case. The ingredients are never anything but fresh, the combinations delicious. Presentation is nice as well... photo-worthy, if you're into that. Don't hesitate to order the pre-selected Tamaki flights on the menu, and don't worry if "5 pieces" sounds like not a lot of food to you... this plus an appetizer (or two to share): very satisfying! You won't leave hungry. Hands down a favorite dining-out treat.
