Locally owned upscale-casual restaurant and bar featuring fresh classic American cuisine, including steaks, seafood, specialty salads and sandwiches. Located in the Westlake shopping center at 119th St. and Maple.

Longtime restaurateur, Bryce Kuhn, brings over 14 years of experience to Twelve Restaurant & Bar. Bryce's experience includes 8 years of management with Houston's in Kansas City, Denver, and Los Angeles. Bryce returned to his hometown of Wichita, KS to open and manage the Bonefish Grill. He later opened and served as General Manager of the Newport Grill. Most recently, he was General Manager of the Lakeside Club. Opening Twelve fulfills Bryce's dream to open and operate a neighborhood restaurant serving his hometown friends and families.

The Twelve menu includes several of Bryce's personal favorite dishes including smoked salmon, sweet corn risotto, spinach-artichoke dip, hand-cut steaks, ribs, and fresh seafood.

Had a very enjoyable dinner last night at Twelve. Had reservations for 7, showered up slightly early and was immediately seated. Our hostess said our waiter was busy and took our drink order and advised us that several things on the menu weren’t available that night. When our waiter came he asked if we’d been informed of the unavailability of certain items and we told him we had. Then we ordered the chips and queso as an appetizer. It came quickly and we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We then both ordered the Caesar salad and our entrees. The salad could have used more dressing and the croutons were strangely rubbery. My filet was perfect and the garlic whipped potatoes were delicious. My wife had the smash burger which she said was very good. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal and I’m sure we will return some point.

Great location, patio, menu and wine list. Wonderful raw oyster selection and their salmon is incredible. My wife had the chicken pasta which she enjoyed. It was a little humid out and unfortunately that meant we decided to not sit on their magnificent patio. Next time for sure!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at 6S Steakhouse. We were seated in a private booth, which made the evening feel intimate and special. We met friends for Sunday brunch. Excellent atmosphere and dining experience to enjoy a visit. Our server was always attentive, friendly and professional. The food was great as usual. At brunch we always start with breakfast fare, switch to lunch fare and then raid the dessert table. All was great but I had my heart set on cherry pie. We can't always have it all. After our meal and visit the chef stopped by to check on things and we discussed coming for an evening meal as we have only attended Sunday brunches at the Sweet Spot.
