Great Falls
About the restaurant
Restaurants in Alsace traditionally have a formal main dining room as well as a casual dining room known locally as a weinstube or brasserie. At the brasserie, diners may enjoy traditional, hearty Alsatian dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. These friendly establishments are immensely popular with Alsatians and visiting them is always the best part of my trips back to Alsace. I opened Jacques' Brasserie at L'Auberge Chez François to bring the tastes and comforts of the Alsatian brasserie to Great Falls.

An excellent option for something different but comforting and familiar. The owner is lovely, the food was excellent, and the wine was a refreshing escape from the varietals that are so common. A great place to go all around.

This was as good a meal as I have eaten in the US. Arguably had as good meals in some world renown restaurants in England but this was near perfect. the food, with its strong Japanese bent on traditional Peruvian cuisine was innovative, fun and down right delicious. We chose to pair wines with Dinner and the team did us proud with a journey through new world an old world wines as well as stops with Sake and Whiskey- will go again and you should too!
