SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, a trim but superlative wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot—be it in evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans hanging out with friends.

Made in house cakes are available upon request. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance, and can only be made via phone (780-757-1114). We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

We have never been disappointed with our experience here. The food is incredible. Our favourite is the bacon wrapped dates. A lot of great gluten free options, including dessert, and an incredible wine list. Atmosphere is rustic and comfortable, service is great.

Prior to Oilers game - meal was really good. Service was good and quick - I know the service people do their job with meal suggestion but quick and simple prior to a time sensitive event is needed. Meal was excellent again though and service overall was excellent.

My wife and I expected an intimate dinner for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the date coincided with the first home game of the hockey playoffs and the restaurant was filled with hockey fans. The noise level was extremely high. Despite this, the food was excellent, the service was outstanding and I left a generous gratuity.

It was our first time at Sabor and it was lovely. Food was excellent, we enjoyed the lamb rack and octopus. Our server was attentive and friendly. We would go again.

Best restaurant in Edmonton. Hands down. I haven't eaten anything at Sabor that wasn't delicious (& I dream about the bacon wrapped dates lol). Tons of gluten free options (most of the menu, actually). The service is always outstanding.

We travelled to Edmonton and I looked up this restaurant on google and it was near our hotel. Great atmosphere and we had a great table for two. Excellent service and the food was so good. One of those meals in which your were full but wanted to eat more. Thank you for a great time with my wife

Worth the price! Grilled octopus was our favourite appetizer. Can’t go wrong with the paella. Husband ordered the Three Boars and meat was just incredibly cooked and flavourful. Our service by Troy was top notch. Will definitely come back!

This was our second time at Sabor and enjoyed the dinner equally as much as the first visit. Although we only ordered several starters to share, the food was not rushed, we were able to enjoy at our own pace. We are abstaining from alcohol for Lent and our server treated us very well, topping up our sparkling water regularly.

Actually requested one of the tables by the glass wall overlooking the Tapas bar, Found ourselves in a corner. Also, (and I know, this is a first world problem) But I had to fill my own and my dates wine glasses continually throughout the evening. It's a thing with me at a high end restaurant not to touch a bottle, ever... Just me being persnickety. This is still the BEST place in the city and one of my three favorites in the province.
