   Small restaurant with unpretentious exterior but nicely done interior. Advertised as a local favorite. The food and service were exceptional. My wife had the red snapper which was very good. I had the steak and enchiladas. This is not your typical Tex-mex restaurant. Nice departure from the usual.

   The Wagyu meatball appetizers were amazing! They were perfectly charcoal-grilled and extremely tender! They were served. With a variety of delicious dipping sauces. The beer and mixed drink selections were on point. The steak and shrimp dish was masterfully grilled and the Saltillo enchies were yummy! Nicely decorated, nice bar, great decor. Very cozy place!    What a wonderful place. Food is different but excellent! Nice variations on Mexican food and excellent steak. Decor is very, very charming. Service is excellent. It’s a great experience. Don’t judge it based on its location in a strip center. Once you enter you are in a different world.

   I've been a long-time patron of Saltillo. The steaks are excellent, and the place lacks the pomposity common to most steak restaurants. Saltillo offers main dishes at a wide variety of price points, also making it an exception among steak restaurants. Those dishes include milanesa, enchiladas, salads, and more.

   We love Saltillo, they have the best enchiladas in town and we pair them with great steaks. My family has been going for years to get the large group style ribeye-cap called Tapa De Lomo. It’s a 4 lb specialty cut with sides and veggies. It’s delicious and easily one of if not the best steak in town.

    Wonderful meal! Service is impeccable. Love all the salsas - what a great treat. We had the Red Fish and the Cheese Enchiladas and the Beef Milanesa. Everything was cooked so well and delicious. Our waitress was super attentive and nice.

    High marks all around but for one suggestion: The tune selection was Beatles and the like. Did not fit with the other very nice ambiance and the theme of the restaurant.

    We have eaten at Saltillo a lot of times and it never disappoints. We like the steak smothered in onions ( sorry but I can not pronounce the Spanish name or spell it) and it is always excellent. The chips and 4 flavors of salsa are addicting. And the ice cream pie/cake is also excellent.

    We really enjoy dining at Saltillo Mexican Kitchen. We loved the queso fundido with corn tortillas as an appetizer to start out our meal. Our entrées were cooked to perfection and our service was excellent. We want to give a shout-out to all the staff from the kitchen to the hostess. We will be back soon
