Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and grew up in Boston, MA. Marybeth, a Sioux Falls native, ventured to the east coast as a nanny and then nursing school in Somerville, MA. The two met, fell in love, and became engaged on Martha’s Vineyard island. Moving back to Sioux Falls in 1999 and working at several area restaurants, they opened R Wine Bar in 2018. As owners of R Wine Bar, Riccardo and Marybeth are passionate about one thing: people. They believe that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. With a curated wine list, local craft beer on tap, and beautifully executed menu, Riccardo and Marybeth are thrilled to bring R Wine Bar & Kitchen to the East Bank of Downtown Sioux Falls along with their General Manager, Jane Allen, Executive Chef, Andrew Morgan, and Director of Catering, Ben Swenson.

Parker's Bistro is a quaint restaurant located in downtown Sioux Falls. Opened in September of '09, Parker's has enjoyed being an important addition to the downtown experience. Our building was once a John Deere factory and you'll love the eclectic artwork and decor that now lives within. We are a locally owned business and are sister businesses with Sioux Falls' beloved Parker's Bistro. DaDa is located near Falls park and the Levitt Bandshell, we have a beautiful covered patio that feature functional original garage doors into the dining room.
