Celebration of Life in these darker times.
The service was good, not great. My friend ordered a coke that was flat. I ordered a cup of coffee and it was luke warm. Other than that, we had excellent ahi tuna salads.
Leah was our waitress and Service was great. Food was out hot just like my husband likes it. Little indulgence at the end was perfect. Will dine there again and have told family and friends how good it was.
I have eaten at the Burlington seasons 52 a few dozen times. usually no complaints whatsoever which is why I am a repeat customer. This last visit was an abomination. We both had trout, mine was cold. Not even barely warm. I pushed it to the side of the table, flag down a waitress in the distance who acknowledge me, no one came to the table. Five workers were at a nearby register, and the waitress for the section behind me came by several times. Not my waitress! Eventually I carried my plate towards the kitchen and was intercepted. I got my new warm trout eventually. We had our water refilled once, around the time we got dessert. Lots of waitstaff everywhere else, but the various people who came to our table during the course of the three-course meal seemed to have forgotten us. The soup was very good as was the small dessert in its own glass. It took a long long time for someone to come by so that I could request lemon on my fish. Another unreasonable delay while the second order of fish cooled down. Our section was not particularly busy, in fact it was less crowded than the adjoining sections that had far more attentive waitstaff.
Our evening at Seasons52 in Burlington was enjoyed by all. Our server, Tommy, was wonderful.!! We enjoyed the Restaurant Week special menu. Everyone said their meal was outstanding. Despite the present "social distancing" , Burlington was packed with diners. Unfortunately, it was just extremely loud & noisy. We just had to repeat ourselves quite often.
We enjoyed the Dine Out Boston specials this week one of us having the steak and the other the trout. The seasonable veggies were excellent, and the dessert samplers were tasty.
I have been to Seasons 52 several times and will continue to return after the present health scare has dissipated. As usual, my lunch offering was very good--the salmon was of good size and perfectly done. My only disappointment was the accompanying salad on the plate. It was all frisee and very boring with only a little dressing and very minimum additions. The small dessert offerings are always perfect! Just enough at the end of a good meal.
What I so appreciate is that I can always count on my visits to Seasons 52 to include delicious food and great service.
Food was very good during restaurant week. Service however, was mediocre. When the entrees arrived, server did not bother to clear dishes from our appetizers. My son ordered 6 oz glass of wine and ended up with 9 and was charged as such. She never refilled my water. I don't understand why servers don't bother to look at the name on the credit card. I always paid but almost always my husband gets the bill after they run the card. It's the 21st century. Don't assume!
Good is always good, and restaurant week prices made the visit even better...
Everything was great but we were near the kitchen and the waitresses who were not busy were hanging around talking very loudly
Six of us went to Seasons 52 on Sunday for a family lunch. It was our first time there and we were not disappointed. Everything was delicious, our server gave us the right amount of attention, and the restaurant is very pretty. We enjoyed our lunch and would definitely go back. And the desserts are great too!
Great experience as always, food delicious, wonderful service! They have a 3 course price fixed menu that members of our party enjoyed, vegetarian menu also good!
Food and service spot on!
As always, we had a great time at Seasons52. The food is always on point and the staff is impeccable. Opentable makes it easy to make a reservation
Great service! They were super helpful with my food allergy. Everything was delicious!
5 out of 6 great dishes!!!!!
We had a wonderful dinner. The service is outstanding. We particularly liked the multi course meal options.
High quality food and services. I celebrated my birthday there, they prepared a card which is very sweet.
I would only recommend it with reservations. Overall there are other restaurants in the area that are better. Seasons offered three choices for restaurant week and two were fish. Limiting. Our waitress was very nice.
Though we didn’t request any special recognition for it, our server learned there was a birthday in our party, and after the meal, she brought a lit candle, a dessert sampler for each of us to choose from, and champagne flutes for the table - all on the house. A very nice gesture to conclude an evening of excellent service.
Perfect place for a dinner, food was excellent and service. Definitely will visit again.
Maybe the server was new or because its restaurant week, but my drink never came until I asked again for it, she thought the bar would bring it over!! For the 3 course meal the entree came first, salad was forgotten until we asked, just not what we expected from Seasons 52:(
Dined at Seasons 52 during restaurant week. Had the 3 course special for $33. An outstanding deal! Do not understand how they can deliver that quality of food for that price. A real deal.
Ample food, comfortable seating and a cheerful waitstaff. The restaurant week menu provided a nice three course meal at a reasonable price.
The food and service was amazing. A nic cozy atmosphere. Would definetly go back.
Wonderful Place! Just happened to hit the Restaurant Week Specials!
As always the food was fantastic.
Our server Carl was very attentive but not intrusive.
Celebrating a special birthday. Service was attentive and excellent. Food was very good. Great flatbread.
Unknowingly it was Restaurant week. Extra treat with the good deal!
Hi,unfortunately our food experience was not great. My medium rare steak was very rare, my daughters salmon she didn't eat much and wouldn't take rest home(not like her)., kids mac&cheese was a few spoons of cheese globs on pasta. The waitress and hostess staff was exceptional. I was at Seasons 52,Chestnut Hill two weeks ago and I must say it was a much better food experience.
Love the food and service. Sometimes you can wait up to a half hour beyond your reservation time but they try to move you very quickly.
The food, the server and choices were fantastic
On weekends this is reservations only. We tried earlier and was given the next open reservation time. We checked OT again and someone just canceled! (So keep checking! And not just here!) The waitstaff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was served perfectly. They celebrate your dinner with a complimentary small glass of champagne. The desserts are just the right size. We will be back. This was our first of many celebrations here!
Food is always excellent. Service could have been more attentive.
Food was delicious. Waitress was fantastic!
This was fabulous. We really enjoyed ourselves today!
Took the kids age 10 and 12 and all of us were very happy with the meal and service. Can’t wait to go back.
Love Seasons 52. Always happy to go there. This time we sat in the back room. We prefer the main dining room. The food was delicious. Our server Julian was great. My new favorite drink is your New Old Fashion.
