Seasons 52 - Burlington
Consistently excellent, high quality food with many great choices. Great wine list too.
Seasons 52 is a favorite restaurant for us. The food is consistently tasty and well prepared. What always impresses me is how nice the servers are. They are welcoming, attentive and know the right balance of checking in and letting us be and visit. We were there Sunday for a birthday celebration which was festive and wonderful.
I am impressed every time I go. Food is always good, and service is A+. The decor is very upscale, but the prices are not. The Mrs and I both ordered soups, both were very good (carrot bisque for me, not my normal type choice but wanted to try). Dinner for two with drinks was reasonable. Always save room for the petite dessert. Headed back again this week with out of town guests
Table area perfect. Our server Irma was gracious and spot on. Can’t wait to return
It was good
As always, deliscious fresh food imaginatively prepared and nicely served
Great Summer Menu dinner enjoyed with friends all celebrating our birthdays. Kayla our server was fantastic!! Another delicious dinner at S52!!!!
Waitress was awesome!!
Always a wonderful restaurant for dinner. Our waitress, Casey, was great.
There is always a wait at the front desk. You need and extra employee there. I love the restaurant but wish my initial experience isn't always waiting in line.
One of the water glass had a huge crack. The server was not that apologetic and acted as if it was normal.
I took my mother to Seasons 52 to celebrate her 85th birthday and once the server knew, she when out of her way to make my mother feel very special. It was mother's first time eating at Seasons 52 , but I have eaten at a Seasons 52 many times. Thanks again for making her feel very special for a big milestone birthday.
I celebrated my birthday with friends and the entire staff took wonderful care of us. All the special touches made for a lovely evening and, of course, the food was fabulous! :)
Seasons 52 was excellent for our special celebration of a 25th wedding anniversary. Food was very good and Ryan's service was just right, there when we needed him and close by when we didn't. We will certainly be back for more fine dining. With such a good wine selection I recommend a few more choices for us IPA drinkers. The craft brews are so good and there are so many local choices. Just a thought!!
Everything was great! Our waitress was very good!
Sadly, Seasons 52 suffers from what other new "fine dining" establishments north of Boston fall short from: Inexperienced wait staff not skilled at the level expected for a restaurant asking high end prices and dishes lacking the attention to detail in flavor profile and preparation needed to justify the high price tag. To my point, our intimate table for two was placed immediately adjacent to a loud table of 16 despite walking past many open tables in the expansive dining area, our server knew little about wine, did not speak to the dishes on the menu, and overall had a poor "read" of the table and when we were ready/needing attention. Additionally, our shared courses requested in a specific progression, appetizer first, followed by salad and additional appetizer, followed by entree, came out at the same time with the kitchen staff placing his palm in my salad plate on placement and the server grazing my arm with the hot plate of my entree. Ugh.
I once wrote a bad review because the salad portions were so small. They have improved on that. The flatbread, was excellent and the salmon cooked to perfection. I would take the celery out of the Greek salad!
Jacklyn, the waitress was wonderful. Brought us free desserts for our combined birthday celebration.
We took our Grandson to Dinner before he leaves for college and Seasons 52 is his favorite restaurant. We started with a flatbread that was delicious. I had Alaskan Salmon on a plank and it was yummy. Served over sauté spinach and roasted squash. A perfect accompaniment. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and of course we finished with their yummy desserts in small glasses. What a great way to service dessert. It looks like it has less calories!
Great management team. One of the dishes I ordered had an ingredient that I did not expect. He immediately swapped it out!! No questions asked!
Great customer service.
Pros: Food is good overall, service was excellent and the ambiance of the restaurant is subdued and calming. The calorie content is a nice touch and provides the diner with information that could assist in choosing a dish.
Cons: Food quality is not consistent: Whole cauliflower app is underwhelming..should be roasted more and cheese sauce is a bland. Mushroom with crab app is very good but be careful..served piping hot! Entrees were a bit more consistent but ingredients for some dishes should be spelled out in more detail. Shrimp and chorizo dish has chunks of peppers and tomatoes that are not disclosed on the menu. The diner who ordered this enjoyed the dish, but loathes tomatoes and spent some time picking them out as we were told the tomatoes are already in the sauce. Salmon and Sea Bass were perfect!
Great menu, service and food.I would highly recommend it
When we sat at the table our waitress Kayla asked if we were celebrating an occasion. It was my birthday. She wished me a happy Birthday. After our party was seated she brought champagne for the adults and ginger ale for the kids. The service and food were wonderful. Would recommend seasons 52 it was an excellent Birthday lunch.
the three of us had a very enjoyable dinner at Seasons. The filet mignon was absolutly delicious as was the desserts! Have been often and will be returning!!
Great venue, food, service and wine list...all of it!
I enjoyed their salad with added grill chicken that was flavorful and sufficient for lunch. Prices were reasonable.
Great seasonal fresh food!
Our experience was exceptional as usual. We go early because as the restaurant fills up it gets noisy. We will return. It’s one of my favorite restaurants.
Good spot for a healthy and tasty social lunch
Great meal, I eat here a lot. We had a time limit, and the server made sure we got served promptly. I would highly recommend for lunch.
Excellent restaurant for celebrations or a business dinner. Food was excellent and the service was top notch. Easily rivals the “big name” steakhouses in Boston without the parking headaches.
An excellent meal. Good service. As always the food was imaginatively prepared and served well
Three diners, each having an appetizer and a main course. We all ordered different items, and they were nicely plated, generously portioned, and delicious.
To me, one of the hallmarks of good service in a restaurant is for the server to deliver the dish to the proper diner, and not have to "auction it off". ("Who gets the filet mignon?" just bugs me!) Here, the server -- who was not the person who took our order -- knew what dish to serve to each person. The only negative on the service is that we didn't see our waitress very much. Had any of us wanted refills on drinks (we didn't) or had there been anything wrong with the meals (there wasn't -- they were perfect), it would have been a problem.
As someone who has to watch what they eat, I *really* appreciated the calorie counts on the menu. Even better, all of the menu items were already on MyFitnessPal, making it a cinch to accurately track my delicious meal (including the small chocolate/peanut butter dessert I enjoyed) when I got home.
One other kudo -- it was a perfect night to eat outdoors, and they accommodated that request as well.
Thoroughly enjoy our dinner at Seasons 52. Service was great, food was excellent!
Good food, great service, good value. Champagne toast for our anniversary on the house which was very nice. Never had a bad meal here
Met friends .
I was disappointed that an old favorite chicken dish was no longer on the menu. I chose one that sounded like its replacement (ricotta stuffed...) but it was way overcooked and very dry. My friends both got shrimp and grits which they had never had before and they enjoyed theirs (I've had it before and liked it as well). The atmosphere in the bar side was lively and bright which we liked. Staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. But I was disappointed with my food this time. The manager offered to recook my order but I didn't want to wait. I would've liked to be comped for at least my little dessert or cappuccino as a nice gesture which was not done.
This place styles itself as fine dining but it's really not
There were 6 of us out celebrating my sister’s anniversary. Our waitress was amazing. The bar and restaurant atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. However, I was disappointed with my meal. My filet was over cooked and placed on top of too much sauce. My brother in law received the wrong meal (however, they took that off the bill). Overall, not sure if we’d go back, considering Capital Grill is next door.
Food was fresh and tasty, beverages mixed to perfection and poured to perfection, and service outstanding, plus handled a birthday celebration as if part of the family. Our favorite restaurant in the Boston area.
Seated in a timely manner. Service was wonderful, menu was excellent! Ambiance was great for a date. Nice lighting. Complimentary valet parking is a plus!
