Seasons 52 - Burlington
My sister was visiting from out of state, so four sisters got together at Seasons 52. Our service and meals were wonderful.
Zach was the best waiter ever!!!! Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu! Great energy and vibe, thanks Zach!
Excellent food service ambiance. Great restaurant
Another outstanding evening at seasons 52!!! Our waitress Paige was amazing, making great suggestions , checking on us periodically but never rushing us!!!
Book Club we meet red very month at Season 52
Awesome service !!
Recommend to all
Our server Carl was fantastic! Very attentive and helpful. I find the food to be hit or miss here...sometimes the flavor combinations don't work, and other times I find the portions to be pretty small. But it's such a nice, cozy restaurant that we'll always go back to try again, particularly with parts of the menu changing seasonally.
Worst service ever in all the times there. Way too much lag time between ordering and getting food served. Server forgot one appetizer and to refill water glasses. Drinks took forever. Had to get manager involved.
We generally love Seasons, but this was the first time we were seated in the bar area. It was too crowded between patrons and servers coming up to the bar. I think that impacted the attention we got from our server. That’s the only reason for the 4 star. Food is great and we love the desserts.
I have had good experiences at Seasons 52 but the last one was somewhat disappointing due to poor service and a lasagna which was burnt and not very tasty. You should just serve traditional lasagna instead of the lasagna "rolls" which came burnt and dried out. Please do better.
We stopped for a quick bite to eat. The menu had something for everyone. The prices were very reasonable.
We eat at Seasons 52 a lot. However, one item on the menu this time was a failure. The roast cauliflower florets were limp, over-roasted, and not seasoned in a good way. We suspect that these florets were not fresh that day, but in any case they spoiled one of the meals (the pork tenderloin). We hope that this poor side dish is an exception to what is normally a very good dining experience.
Consistently fantastic food and service. Not too loud. Cozy booth for 5 of us.
Seasons 52, when done right, has addressed the need of most of us with discerning tastes in suburbia:
Good food, Chic atmosphere but not too hip, good for many types of people and age ranges. My only complaint: why do they make me wait for my table each time I have made a reservation? For at least 5-10 minutes. Seems weird.
Excellent food and service.
I’ve been to many of the better restaurants in Burlington and even though this place is a chain I would say overall it’s one of the better places.
It’s fairly priced and the service is usually good as is the food.
SEASONS 52 HAS LONG BEEN OUR GO-TO PLACE FOR EVERYDAY DINING AS WELL AS SPECIAL OCCASIONS. THIS RECENT VISIT TO CELEBRATE OUR DAUGHTERS ENGAGEMENT WAS JUST AS SUPERIOR AS ALWAYS. AMAZING SERVICE, DELICIOUS HEALTHY APPETIZERS (ACORN RAVIOLI...WOW) AND DINNERS, EXCELLENT WINE/CHAMPAGNE AND OF COURSE THE SIGNATURE DESSERT MINIS AND BEST CAPPUCINO. EVERYTHING FROM THE HOSTESS STATION TO CHATTING WITH THE WARM MANAGER ON SHIFT WAS SPECIAL. EVERYONE THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE SUCH A HAPPY TIME IN THE LIVELY, COMFORTABLE-YET-ELEGANT AMBIANCE.
We had a pleasant evening for a birthday celebration. All of our meals were delicious. Not the largest portions, but everything was prepared perfectly and presented beautifully. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. We will be back!
Male Bar tender aweful
My family and I had a most wonderful experience at Seasons 52 last evening (Thanksgiving evening). Everything was first class and perfect. Our family of six had a lovely round corner table in the bar section of the restaurant. Our waitresses was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was excellent, this from the daughter of a chef in New York City. We will definitely be back.
Thanksgiving meal was great but it was nice to have the option of ordering off the regular menu. We also loved our waitress!
Food and the service were exceptional as always thank you for a great Thanksgiving.
Wonderful service provided by the manager and our waitress!
I like Seasons 52 but I did not enjoy the Thanksgiving meal. Turkey was excellent but the sides were not good. Mashed potato and stuffing were pasty. They had a nice little baked bread that came with pumpkin spread which was nice. We ordered a salad off the menu to start which was delicious. We were disappointed.
We went to seasons 52 for Thanksgiving dinner. We had a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited quite a while to be greeted by our server. Once she sits arrive, she was excellent. The Thanksgiving dinner was served quickly, the food was average, and definitely overpriced for what we got. May be great for a regular meal, but suggest you go elsewhere for Thanksgiving.
Very crowded the day we were there (Thanksgiving), but the staff did an excellent job of getting people to there seats. The bar is a great place to wait for your table, not crowded there, and the bar-keep got us our drinks in plenty of time for us to enjoy and still be ready when our table was called. The wait person, Olivia, was fantastic.. quick, polite, helpful, just on top of our every need, and still had time for small talk. Food was served quickly and was cooked to the exact liking of my wife. Really top notch
Thanksgiving dinner was excellent and festive! It worked for a spread out multi gen family!
We had dinner at Seasons 52 this weekend for a birthday dinner. The service was great and the staff was wonderful. They brought out a birthday card for him and glasses of champaign to celebrate!
Food was delicious, atmosphere was homey/. We'd come back again.
Excellent and reliable food and service. I appreciated that when I asked not to sit in the overflow room, my request was honored seamlessly and with courtesy.
Food is always excellent. Servers are friendly and efficient. Great place!
Food was delicious!
Always great food and great service. Love this place. Need to make reservations.
Zack was an amazing wait person. We were very lucky to have him and will request him in the future.
The food was excellent. The back room was much quieter and more relaxing. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive.
Been here before and have had a a great meal, and have written positive reviews on open table in the past. Tonight's visit was absolutely horrible in every way except for the manager's gracious handling of my overcooked, and then amazingly undercooked, and then somehow overcooked again filet mignon. Service was the worst I have had here; she was slow and innatentive, and our servers apologies for the multiple errors and her innatentiveness means absolutely nothing if you sit in the booth next to us and complain to your coworkers sitting there that you need to get up to run our credit card (we have ears).
The food runner did not ask if we needed anything and silently placed our meals on the far edge of the table; not in front of us.
We waited about 8 minutes after our meals arrived to even see our server to order a glass of wine for my wife and myself to enjoy with our meals.
While I waited to see our server to order wine, 10 or so staff including managers repeatedly walked by our table.
Then, when our server returned, I let my server know my steak was overcooked.
The manager arrived a bit later with the refired steak, and when I cut in and saw it was completely raw, the manager commented it was undercooked and took it back.
Then it came back out a few minutes later, and it was overcooked again. I did not complain about it since it was very obvious that this kitchen cannot execute a medium rare filet mignon with hot side dishes for $34.00. I did not complain again because we didn't have all night to sit around and my wife had finished her meal several minutes before I started eating.
The steak was taken off the bill which was welcome gesture.
I am really tired of these overpriced restaurants that charge luxury prices for their food and think that IHOP or friendlies level service is adequate at the price point.
Interestingly, if I had gone to the 99 instead, I would have had better service and likely a properly cooked steak the first time...and a lower bill.
We went for my daughters 22nd birthday - as always Seasons did not disappoint.
Alyssa was an amazing server, would love to have her again! My sirloin was cooked beautifully. That dessert tower is dangerous, I loved the pecan pie.
Great food, great service. Thomas made experience even better
