Our waiter was friendly and quickly responded to our questions and requests. The only downside to our experience was after we placed our order the food inspectors showed up at the restaurant and delayed our food order by an hour. I always find Hard Rock staff lovely, but the guys in Amsterdam were super friendly and so sweet and patient . We are there twice as they made our visit so much fun .
