Very pleasant dining experience. Delicious mixed salad to start. I had the Barrumundi dish with mashed potatoes subbed for the farro. Very tender and well prepared. Husband enjoyed rib eye steak. Very nice local wines with dinner. Yes, I agree with some reviewers that to ask diners to keep their flatware for the next course isn’t exactly along the fine dining protocol. I haven’t experienced that in this kind of fine establishment before. It didn’t deter from the experience, but I was aware of the unusual practice. I have to assume they’re trying to be more “green” aware. More
