The dining and movie experiences are very good; much better than the typical standard theater experience. Smaller, better behaved theater crowds. More spacious, comfortable and reclining seating, with greater separation, is greatly appreciated. While you can order food in the theater, we prefer to eat in the restaurant beforehand. Service and the food has always been very good. The Lot is a bit more pricey but, worth it.

My husband and I went to have dinner with friends and listen to the saxophonist J. Boykin. He plays so very well and his collection of music was spot on. I would have danced if there was a dance floor. Over all we had an awesome time. Definitely will be watching out for more of this in the future at the Lot.

I had not been back in a while, and thought brunch at TheLot before a movie would be fun. The restaurant was fairly empty and we had a little more than an hour to our movie. It took 35 minutes just to get our lukewarm coffee, and the food arrived about 12-15 minutes before the start of our movie. The food was mediocre at best.

Wine selection is great. The band was very loud so you couldn't talk but you could move into the Bar area but it was still loud. When there is NOT a loud band it is a great environment. Great movie selections with a lot of availability. Food is good.

Love coming here but unfortunately the service was terrible, having to wait for a server to come to our table for 10+ min to get drinks. Requested refills and they didn't even come. Had to ask a different server to assist and track down our server. Not worth the $75 buffet fee charged.

It has become very commercialized. It used to have wonderful Sunday buffets but this last visit was awful. Very cheap selection of food. The quality was very inferior and the price was excessive. Will never go back again except for the movie theater .

Disappointed again. Such a nice venue. Ordered turkey cobb salad. Saw no turkey when it arrived, asked server was told turkey was inside salad. No turkey there. Asked another server who brought some turkey cubes. Skimpy amount of bacon. Asked for rolls or pita bread which we get at ALL of the better [places at which we have sunday lunch; All they had was bread from a loaf from the market.

We were never waited on during brunch After the waitress took our order or saw the waitress assigned to our table. We never were asked for drinks or anything else during our meal. I had to flag down staff and a server to get attention and even our bill. We love coming to the LOT but this was disappointing given the price of the event.

This was an easter brunch. It was nice to arrive there and the server was nice. When it comes to the food, unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. Most of the food didn't have much flavor and it didn't feel that fresh - more like it has been out on the buffet for a while. It wasn't bad - it just wasn't a real pleasure to eat either. And for the price, we were expecting better.

Overall as a family we had a good time! It was the 1st time doing an Easter Buffet at The Lot. The food was enjoyable. Parking was validated. We only wished that the egg hunt was better for how much we paid. We ended up going to another egg hunt after, which was free and unplanned because my son was sad.

The Manager Megan was very very rude. Dismissive of the questions I had asked and lied stating i was 30 minutes late to my reservation which I was actually 15 minutes early. Sat us out in the cold where i had reserved an indoor table which there were plenty of tables to accommodate me and my wife. She was very very unwelcoming and I will not be coming back because of her customer service.

I thought the experience was great. My girlfriend and I did dinner and a movie. The Ambiance was great, food was pretty good and well priced. We were actually surprised! The only downside is that management failed to mention a parking validation for the parking lot beneath the theatre and we needed to pay $80 just to leave after spending almost 300 throughout dinner and the movie. Their parking is handled by another company apparently so you won’t receive any refund either..

Hello, I definitely want to start off by saying Javier was an amazing host, very attentive to our table. He came to check on us very often and ensured we were enjoying our food. The problem is, our food took a very long time, at least 30 minutes between the starter and entree. We were also told that they had run out of one of the three dinner options, and at 70 dollars per person we should at least have our choices available. To be stuck between the salmon and the mushroom options definitely put a damper on our night. As it was also valentines, we were excited to receive the dessert, to which they were out of. Our alternative cake was tasty, and again Javier was able to deliver amazing service with the addition of gold flakes, which were originally for the dessert they had ran out of. He was very helpful in assisting me with my Valentines Day gift, hand delivering it on a very decorated tray. His service was amazing, the movie we watched before dinner was enjoyable, however the meal itself was somewhat disappointing. I would return, but most likely order my food in the movie theater instead of attempting to dine at the restaurant again.

I love going to the lot but was very disapointed when it took an hour and 15 minutes to recieve our entrees. Our food took so long we had to bring it into the movie theater to eat. Our reservation was for 7:15 and our movie at 8:45pm. We paid a lot of money for our reservation just to feel like an afterthought. Will only be going back for movies

We were here for the football playoff game. We were offered this through an email. We love this Lot location but we’re very surprised that adults brought an entire table of 10-13 year olds to a bar. Not only was it hard to watch the game because they were loud but felt bad for servers who couldn’t make decent tips like if that table of 12 would have been adults ordering adult beverages. Servers and their support team were awesome.

The problem with the LOT is the food preparation. They charge high prices but the food is prepared more like a greasy spoon. The LOT is good for hamburgers and Poke Bowls, but for any sophisticated preparation, not good. It must be that their cook is more a short order, greasy spoon type cook. They take a fine steak and cover it with grease and various seasonings, meanwhile frying it on a grill. The fried calamari is fried along with the french fries, which changes the taste. The french fries are good. Again, the LOT does best as a sports bar, and the type of food normally found in a sports bar. It is not a fine restaurant. The LOT needs to upgrade from a short order cook to a chef in order to get the quality of their offerings in line with their prices. So, rather than spending a large amount on their higher priced items, you are best off ordering the hamburger and Poke bowl.

Everything was lovely, ambiance, food, service, however, we asked that a large salad be split, between 2 guests, and to my surprise, each of the salads were served in soup or small cereal bowls! Hard to cut and maneuver the parts of the salad in a small bowl. Recommending that any split salad to be shared, should be on a SALAD PLATE not a cereal bowl! That would have been much easier to cut chicken or other parts of the salad.

The movie theater is great! We ordered snacks at our seat & everything was brought out cold. Afterwards we went to the dining area & ordered flatbreads & they were undercooked & room temperature. Next time we will go for the movie & skip the food

Movie and Thanksgiving dinner. This is probably our new family tradition despite food being just alright, and smallish portions… for a holiday. The kitchen and servers could use a dusting off, for the holidays. Manager was very solicitous and helpful, when the food was slow to come out which shouldn’t have been an issue considering we ordered off the prix fixe menu of standard turkey (minus cranberry sauce) fixins’ & fare. But still worth not having to cook or do dishes and clean up. Everyone left satisfied and entertained. Won’t keep us from doing it again!

Thanksgiving dinner was disappointing. Quite pricey for lukewarm turkey and dry stuffing. The soup was great. The pumpkin pie was good too. My dad’s salad was given to him 20 min before we got our soup. Fortunately the server and the manager were friendly. I won’t go back for any special occasion dining.
