May Fair Bar
May Fair Bar is a lively evening spot for drinks and small plates where mixologists shake, stir and pour award-winning cocktails that balance the classic and the contemporary. Try The Stratton Street G&T or the Cognac Royale, a signature cocktail that blends Courvoisier VSOP, lime juice, fresh grapes, chestnut syrup, Pinot Noir and Moët & Chandon Brut.
Earlier on in the day, patrons can enjoy freshly-prepared breakfast options such as the signature cinnamon French toast, alongside healthy juices and smoothies. At brunch, the chefs and bartenders prepare Bloody Marys and hot dishes like Wagyu sliders and wild mushroom risotto for the midday crowd.
May Fair Bar also plays host to special events and happenings, including popular cocktail masterclasses and weekend DJ nights
Had breakfast in the bar. Lots of staff around but not really any service. Management walking around chatting to each other and looks like they are more interested in themselves than the guests. Breakfast menu is too chef like and complicated than easy and quick.
I was at the Mayfair with two of my daughters. We had cocktails and snacks. It was a lovely fun experience. Great atmosphere, cocktails were great as were the snacks.
Great atmosphere as usual at the Bar, friendly knowledgable service.
we all had a wonderful experience. we celebrated a special occasion with a group of friends and everyone agreed that it was the best choice of place to hold the event.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was great and the cocktails went down a treat, I would recommend the restaurant to people who are catching up with friends, for afternoon tea or anything as they do cater for all.
It was a brilliant afternoon and I'm glad I got to go there.
Just overall an incredible experience every time!
Fantastic for breakfast - unlike many places in London not overcrowded with tables jammed together.
We went here for a special occasion and for a 5 star hotel bar I expected much better service and our evening drinks to be something special. The requests I had made where ignored and when I queried this with the manager he could have not been less interested, He eventually said that he would do something to compensate but would not say what, we stayed over an hour after this but he did nothing. I did not want to complain further on the night and ruin the celebrations but we were all very disappointed at the way we were made to feel.
I don'y mind paying more to get more but that is not the case at the Mayfair.
Would not go back here again.
Second time to Mayfair Bar and the Service was good and the staff is friendly, really worth a visit.
Visited for brunch with a friend not seen for some time. Welcome and service generally outstanding. Food was of a tapas style, very small portions but the quality was good. No drinks list presented which would usually be the norm at this standard and price. The pricing was a little on the high side. One downside is the air conditioning which was far too warm, designed more for staff uniform of shirtsleeves than guests arriving from the street on a January day. Will definitely return.
It is not immediately apperent which restaurant you should be in. This was not helped by the fact that neither ladies at either restaurant could find my booking (made on opentable) on their very fancy ipads.
