    Buba, our server provided exceptional service. The food was tasty. The shrimp and grits dish was my favorite. Will continue to come to this location.

    The service and food were excellent. Our server (Moses) was top notch and worked with us when one member of our party was 30 minutes late. He took our drink orders and set us up with appetizers while we were waiting. When our final guest arrived we were not rushed to order - but given time for her to settle in. The food was excellent - as were the specialty cocktails from the bar. (I had wine - the rest of my party had the cocktails and really enjoyed them - I was able to sample each drink). The only issue during our visit was the non-working air conditioning system. While The Smith had portable units throughout the restaurant it did not make up for the non-functioning central air conditioner. By the end of our meal it was unbearably hot. I felt sorry for the staff having to contend with this. I wish The Smith gave us a heads up about this issue. We would have booked elsewhere last night - and would have been back to them some other evening when the AC was working. For the next week I would check with them about the AC issue. It really does take away from a really nice restaurant and great staff.

    We had a reservation but arrived early and was seated right away. Great service, good food. Inside the noise level was loud...lots of hard surfaces so if you wear a hearing device, maybe eat outside. Otherwise, nice place for brunch.

    Ive eaten here numerous times and have always had a fabulous time. This time, however, the waitstaff was not as attentive and we had to ask for numerous things before someone would oblige. It was disappointing as I usually really enjoy the service. Food was and always is outstanding- fresh, nicely presented, and good value.

    The location of this restaurant was excellent for a pre-ballet at Lincoln Center dinner. The outdoor space was wonderful because we could people watch and were separated from the walkers by with a clear lucite. The food was good, not great. The service was "fine".

    I took my friend to lunch here before going to the ballet and we enjoyed a relaxing, delicious lunch. We aren't big eaters but like to taste more than one item, so we shared a Smith burger and a pea pod salad. Both were excellent and the waiter provided extra plates for us to share. Service was attentive without being rushed. We sat outside so that the noise was manageable and it felt more spacious. All in all, we were very satisfied and would certainly return!

    We were seated at a cramped outdoor table, which was not great. HOWEVER, we had the NICEST server, attentive without being overbearing, pleasant, helpful. She made our lunch extra-nice! I eat here often. Sometimes the food is better than other times. I love the summer salads with the add-ons. The noise is atrocious both inside and out, so you will need to deal with that. The outdoor dining is, on the whole, lovely. I wish the chairs where another inch or two higher, I always feel the table is too high relative to the chairs.

    So loud you can’t speak. Service was polite and fairly efficient but drinks did not arrive until the meal and beer was flat. Food was good but priced too high

    The Smith served one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend the BLT plus E was superb! Our server was kind and professional, attentive and efficient. The ambience, food, service, vibe, noise level everything overall was lovely. I cannot wait to return!

    It was perfect, food delicious, not an extremely long waiting time, waiters are nice, clean and welcoming, but it’s definitely noisy! But it’s New York, so there is nothing wrong with it!

    We had such a good evening at The Smith- Lincoln Square. We loved our outdoor seating and really enjoyed the appetizers, calamari and cauliflower. Entrees were the best, steak, kale salad & salmon, and brick-pressed chicken. We enjoyed a carafe of sauvignon blanc wine, enough for 3-4 glasses. We will come back soon.

    I was searching for the best pancakes and found multiple reviews that mentioned this place. When I checked out the menu, I saw the updated take on Eggs Benedict and had to try that as well. The tomato infused Hollandaise sauce was simply to die for! The pancakes were excellent. It's a great spot just a couple blocks from Central Park West. Excellent service.

    My family came in for the day & it was a great spot for brunch. We got seated quickly and all the food was great. Some got lunch and some got breakfast so the menu accommodated everyone.

    Practical when attending shows at Lincoln Center but it was quite warm in the outdoor tent and the sun was blinding the way the table was arranged. The food was fine but put me in mind if Coco Channel who said when getting ready to go out, take one thing off before you leave so you aren’t over the top. Each dish or dessert had about one or two too many ingredients featured. The cocktails had way too ingredients to tempt so we had a lovely Prosecco instead.
