We have visited this restaurant for many years and have always been well pleased with the meals and service. This evening I was quite disappointed with my meal. I odered the Veal Milanese and it was breaded very heavily, overly cooked and very dry. Will have to think long and hard before I return.

So I use to go here every week and this was the first time this summer we went… it took way to long for the drinks we actually got our apps before our bottle of wine n glass of white wine!! We asked for bottled water and that took a good 12 minutes! The server was great and I know it was not her fault it was definitely the bar!! Very disappointing n the noise level was horrible! Now I know why we stopped going there - the food wasn’t good either

We really enjoyed our dinner at Tomatoes. The food was superb and the wait staff was very efficient and very attentive. The shaved Brussel Sprout salad which we shared was delicious. My filet was cooked to perfection. The Salmon Poke bowl was excellent. Definitely the best meal we’ve had at the Jersey shore all summer!!

From the moment we entered this restaurant our experience was SUPERB! Upon entry…we were greeted by a lovely young woman who directed us to the hostess desk. We did not like the first place we were seated as we did not like facing the wall…and they graciously moved us to a more desirable location. Our server was Dennis…and his service was exceptional. He guided us through the menu and his suggestions were right on! As for the rest of the staff…our water glasses were always full and everyone was very courteous. We absolutely LOVED our dining experience there and are looking forward to returning for more!

Waiter spilled a class of red wine all over 3 of us , the table and the wall. They gave us some napkins and no manager ever came over nor did they clean the floor or walll. They told us to get clothes dry cleaned and bring the bill. Manager was a joke and talked about it to her hostess like it was a lighting matter. Will not go back

The food was excellent. The diners loved the sushi and the chicken was great. Good wine selection and drinks. Very pleasant waitress but the Tuna had to be sent back since it was overdone (ordered) rare and we had additional items on our bill that were not ours. The atmosphere was like a cafeteria which I expected to be nicer. Overall enjoyed the food and drink otherwise not quite up to the hype.

Great restaurant. Problem is parking. They have a parking lot but it was full by 6:30. It seems that people not going to Tomatoes park there too. Had to go 4 blocks to a place block lot for $20. Tomatoes should only allow those who eat there to park there. This was the second time in 2 weeks we had a problem

We enjoy going here. They took their amazing beet salad off the menu, which we always got. They must be taking too many reservations on open table for the same time as the past three times we have stood waiting 20 minutes for our table, which is annoying when you are reserving with a credit card. Katie our server was terrific.

We dined last night Tuesday for my birthday at Tomatoes ! Just the ambience of the place was a turn on. Brittany our server was very professional and warm. She was terrific.We had a great experience. We will return.

It was our first time dining at Tomatoes and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Our server, Brit, was top-notch. We even watched her go to another table in her station and without being asked to fix a wobbly table for the couple sitting there. (This is a pet peeve of my husbands so we definitely noticed that). I only gave Ambience 3/5 stars because of the people around us which Tomatoes can't really control. There were several large parties around us and at least two of them were really loud and obnoxious. (dropping the f bomb, the c word, and more really loudly). Overall, we had a really good experience and are looking forward to returning.
