We celebrated Easter here for the first time ever. We have now made the decision to do this every year. Everything was perfect and everyone enjoyed the ambience without the work. Fabulous!!!
This place is outstanding! If you want to feel like a movie star, like you’re living a dream- grab your favorite person and enjoy a lovely dinner here. I took my dad here as a thank you gift and the two of us were like giddy middle schoolers! Service is pristine, then menu is well put together and delicious, no ingredient is overbearing. Reservations are a MUST! And I highly recommend the night time view. Boston is just gorgeous at anytime of day, but the nighttime skyline is hard to beat. Grab a good friend, group of girlfriends or your hunny and enjoy! :)
The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff incredibly helpful. The food was good, but the overall experience is what makes this restaurant a place to visit.
Overpriced. Great location
The restaurant is totally over hyped, the food was subpar- no seasoning whatsoever. When I told the waiter i wanted a non alcoholic drink due to the fact that i am pregnant, his attitude completely changed( im guessing he was expecting us to get wine) Took 20+ mins to stop by our table. Don’t recommend at all
Dear OpenTable Diner, I am writing to apologize for your recent experience with us, as what you have described is both alarming and unacceptable. Per OpenTable’s policy, I will be privately messaging you my contact information if you could please contact me. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you. Best Wishes, Cristina Assistant to the General Manager
The food isn't great but the venue is a great idea for special occasions!
Yummy food and great view!
Food was great and service was even better, great night out for my wife's birthday, highly recommend!
Great service, flavorless food. Got the pasta and portuguese chicken, very bland and not worth the price
It was good but would appreciate a bigger crowd from staff to sing my cousin a happy 18th birthday but we will come again on her 21st. Thank you for the food
I love the view here .
Girls day! Fun day off with the girls
1. Host was rude
2. $55 Steak was dry and over cooked
3. Caesar Salad was the quality of something you could get at a Denny’s for 1/4 the price
4. We were told we couldn’t so much as stand up to go peer at the view even though that is the reason people eat up there. After 2 hours of dining and hundreds of dollars spent on mediocre food, we NEVER got to see the view outside. It was horrible.
This restaurant is unique due to the views of the city - the views are priceless! The food was delicious. Tables are a spaced decently where you are not uncomfortable. The service was spectacular! We had a great time. They knew it was my daughter's birthday and brought her dessert out with a candle and a cookie that read Happy Birthday. It was very special. I can't wait to go back!
MIT Ring Delivery
Views were great as was the 5 course dinner. Service was very high end. Will be back again.
I would recommend top of the Hub only for the spectacular view. Better food and wine is available elsewhere for more reasonable cost!
A very special place, incredible view, outstanding food and exceptional service.
Everything was well put together... just excellent. I’m making this a annual thing to do. Just awesome service. Also our manager on the day I went (Tuesday) his name was Jonathan was awesome. Thank you and all the staff.
Our dinner did not disappoint. The food was just as great as our view.
Was in Boston for a week. Went in two Michelin restaurant, but Top of the Hub hits the roof.
Live Blues band and the veiw is extra bonus on the food and wine.
Your Morokko server explain the erea of Boston veiw for us and the wine pairing with the six course menu. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There was a dead fly in our salad.
We keep returning to the Top of the Hub after the Boston Marathon and to celebrate my birthday. The lobster bisque was as amazing as ever but our server didn’t recognize our special occasion and made poor recommendations on items we wanted to split. It was a huge disappointment this year.
Top of the Hub offers ambiance and an amazing lobster bisque but there are too many other choices in Boston to bear poor customer service. Our server was not very attentive and didn’t seem to know the menu very well.
From all of us at Top of the Hub, we'd like to wish you a very happy birthday! We are always delighted to hear that Top of the Hub is a part of a guest's tradition, and are disappointed to learn you were not satisfied. We will be addressing our service staff, and corrective action will be taken. We sincerely thank you for visiting, and hope to see you again very soon. Best Wishes, Cristina, Assistant to the General Manager
Exquisite food, outstanding service and one hell of a view. Definitely worth every cent.
We go to Top of the Hub a few times a year. Never have we been disappointed, either on the side of river (river-bay view without Jazz), or the side of bay (with Jazz and ocean view). Each course of the meal is wonderful, with salad, vegetable and desert to be exceptionally good in the city of Boston!
Needless to say, the view was fantastic. Our timing was perfect because it was daylight when we came and dark skies when we left so we got to see the city slowly light up. The food was very good and our waitress terrific. All around a memorable experience.
Our server Tracy was wonderful. The meal and atmosphere was fantastic.
The night started of by getting a nice window seat, the waiter took our drink order and then brought our drinks over. We sat there 20 minutes before the waiter came back and asked if we were ready to order and i asked why it took so long to come back over and he replied he saw us taking pictures so he didnt want to bother us. We ordered and had a nice meal but the waiter didnt come over once to ask if everything was all right or if we needed anything else. We will not be going back.
We had a great night with awesome food, view and cocktails.
I requested window seat to celebrate my friends 50th and they sure gave me a window seat.
I had Lamb, green beans and potatos, all so yummy.
It’s was great .
We love Boston! This experience made us fall even more in love with Boston! Visiting the Top of the Hub will be added to our things to do while in Boston when my husband runs his next marathon. ❤️
great experience, even though our table was too close to the loud music from the lounge. The noise needs to be toned down
Overall the Top of the Hub is a very good experience. Our waiter was excellent but he had obviously been instructed to push all of the highest priced options on the menu. That’s a turnoff. The food is quite good, including the less expensive items.
For a special occasion, the is the place, especially if you have never been. Be prepared to pay but if you want an experience to remember, please don't hesitate.
Even though we were late due to traffic, they still welcomed us and seated us at a window table which was just breathtaking! The dinner was delicious and the staff was friendly and courteous. A wonderful restaurant for a special night out!
The food and service were outstanding. The view of the city from the restaurant was amazing. I have already recommended the restaurant to a few of my colleagues.
We all loved
Gave BACON in vegetarian salad!! Corrected when found out.
Very nice restaurant. Great view from the panoramic window. Great service. All dishes are very tasty, especially impressed by the grilled octopus. We had a great romantic evening with my husband. It was my birthday. The only thing that initially made us worry is that we could not find the entrance to the underground parking in the building where the Top of the Hop is located. Therefore, we put the car in the street parking and walked to the restaurant on foot. It would be great if, when booking a table, there would be any recommendations on the correct route to the parking lot. Thank you, everything was great!
