Best restaurant in Menlo Park! Kurt and everyone else there treat us like royalty every time we visit! It feels like they’re part of our family, and we’re part of theirs. The linguini with clams and seafood pasta are my two all time favorite dishes,and my mom loves the chicken piccata. I have yet to find a dish I don’t like there. Oh and the zabaglione is to die for, definitely not to be missed!

The staff were pleasant and heelpful. The food was OK, not very current; reminded me of dinning a decade ago. The plate was piled high with vegetables, the fish and a starch. Hard to differentiate the flavors.

Really enjoyed Trellis in Menlo Park. We sat upstairs and loved the atmosphere. The waiters are personable and the owner (or manager) made sure that everything ran smoothly. The cocktails and the food were great. The creme bruleé was not good. The custard was dried out. We will definitely go back to Trellis. I recommend this restaurant!

The patio was a marvelous space on a late sunny summer afternoon, and we had an enjoyable dinner. Truthfully I was expecting a bit more on the culinary side of the house... the food was fine, but standard. Probably a better place to enjoy some wine and appetizers while the breeze rustles through.

When we arrived, we were told the rooftop patio would be too windy, so we moved to a table inside. Food was terrific. Our waiter was great and very attentive. It was my birthday, and this is a lovely place to go for an event.

The place is great - the rooftop garden is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friednly and they make you feel very comfortable. The only thing that was not up to par is the food - it was nice and tasty, but nothing special - compared with the pricetag on each of those dishes.

As always, eating on the outdoor rooftop of this delightful Italian themed restaurant is a pleasure. Warm and friendly service, good basic Italian and Mediterranean food, and, a rarity these days, a quiet ambiance where one doesn't have to yell to be heard over the noise. Portions are large, so sharing is definitely a possibility. We return here often and have never been disappointed.

Great place to have a nice meal outdoors in the warm evening. We were actually a party of 12 (waitstaff was very accommodating). Service was excellent. Good wine menu. Tasty appetizers. Delicious entrees. Dessert was the bomb. Def returning when in the area.

To be honest, I'm running out of superlatives to shower upon Trellis. This has to be the absolutely BEST restaurant on the Peninsula. No matter the weather, I only dine outdoors on their roof patio, which is the best outdoor dining around. The people, including ebveryone from the owner, to the wait staff, to the table staff, to the chef and kitchen staff are all flawless. Ther are NEVER any disappointments in any aspect of the dining experience. The quality of the food is always consistent, never the occasional 'off-day' that is all too common at even the best of restaurants. I have introduced many, many people to Trellis and every last one of them has become a regular. If you want the best of everything at reasonable prices, look no further.

Perfect as always. There’s a reason this is our favorite restaurant in the area. Kurt and the entire team at Trellis always gets it just right. P.S. if there’s ever another widespread power outage and you can’t cook at home head over to Trellis and they’ll cook you a perfect meal you won’t be able to get enough of .
