I have always loved going to Eddie V's , but the prices have gotten ridiculously expensive . I still will go, but will never understand the prices. I celebegtaed my 74th birthday at McCormick's Schmick's in Town & Country, with 11 family members and the service was excellent. We was seated in the wine room which was private and my Granddaughter and great grandson really thought the room was fantastic. All orders was delivered perfect, and warm to all satisfaction. I received a free desert for my birthday and all other guest enjoyed there's as well. Perfect setting for my birthday and free parking in the garage and valet if you choose!

This has been a restaurant of choice for my family for several years. The last time we went, the floor was so slippery I slipped twice walking to the table to be seated. Luckily i caught my balance before falling. Given the salad bar is buffet, extremely slippery floors are simply unacceptable and unsafe! I couldn’t have safely visited the salad bar unassisted. I did mention the floors to the host who seated us who apologized but nothing was done (at least for the duration of of our meal). The floors are far to slick!

My husband and I frequent Roka Houston( it’s our number 1 date night spot). We went on New Year day (1/1/23). We got the chef experience which consisted of a 6 course meal. The food was excellent as always. My only issue is it’s the same chef experience as before. A little disappointed about that. Occassion was our 51st wedding anniversary. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the evening memorable and enjoyable. The table had special decorations and a congratulatory card. A champaign toast was provided. The hostess, waiters, manager and chef all came by to make sure we were being well taken care of and to offer their congratulations. A first rate experience.

Overall it was a wonderful and perfect place to have our 40th Anniversary Portrait Reveal party. All enjoyed the evening thoroughly. One waiter overheard my wife say she did not like Key Lime Pie, that was brought as a surprise anniversary dessert, and took the initiative to bring her a cheesecake...perfect.

We went there for our anniversary and it was incredible. The steaks were truly some of the best I've ever had, everything tasted so good. Our server Kirsten (I hope I'm spelling it right) was amazing and the drinks were really well made, too. They were not weak like some restaurants and they tasted fresh. Feb 14th 2023 of course was Valentines Day but it was also my husband and I 24th wedding anniversary. I made it aware to the person that took my reservation, the host knew as well. As we walked us to our table he said Happy Anniversary. That was nice but at the end of dinner I was expecting the restaurant to do something special, like bring out a dessert plate with a candle and have happy anniversary written on the plate or something but nothing. Very disappointing. As far as the food, in all honesty it wasn’t tasty like Capital Grill or Del Frisco’s or even Perry’s. I thought Morton’s was on the same level but they weren’t, in my opinion. I most likely won’t be going back. At least not on our own. Someone would have to invite us to join them there. But overall I give the restaurant a score of 7. Monica & Corey Williams 😊
