   The food and service was ok, but I don’t think it was worth it for the price. The chicken was dry, the steak was over cooked, and we received our food before our drinks. We also sat at the table for 15 mins before being greeted. I wouldn’t say the restaurant was bad, I just expected much better food and service for the price.

   It was wonderful, we had a wait for our table and we received a complimentary glass of champagne while we waited. The meal was delicious and the staff was friendly and courteous. Al our waiter was wonderful and checked on us often.

   It has good food, but staff was poorly balanced leaving items turnaround times long and the waiter always busy looked after more than 6 tables at once. It was overvalued for what it was and left us disappointed and took the celebration out of the situation. Management could do more to support staff!

   We had a spectacular experience at Versailles. Everything was perfect! The food was worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and get the crab cakes for an appetizer -- they were INCREDIBLE. Al was our server and he was so attentive, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was stunning -- the water feature in the center of the room provides the perfect ambiance and seeing the sun set over the ceiling casts the room in gorgeous light. 10/10 recommend and we will be back for our next special occasion.

   Our server Ali from Turkey was awesome and the ambiance of the restaurant was great. The background music wasn’t too loud. Just right! On, the other hand, we waited over a hour for our dinner, & we requested dessert when I made the reservation & didn’t received it in our service. I spoke to the host and restaurant manager and was still not presented with any.

    The service was great. Our server took real good care of us. Te steak was over done as we asked for medium well. And the scallops had too much salt and over cooked. The crab cakes was great. Caesar salad was good. And my son loved the roasted chicken. Food bit pricy but what did you expect. Overall try it at least once...the place is really spectacular for pictures.

    I took my grandmother and my mother for a late mothers day lunch. All of the plates and silverware were dirty. We went around 1pm so there was maybe two or three other tables, so it was really slow. Our waitress was friendly but timing was quite delayed. we ordered as soon as we got there but our food came out about an hour later. I would understand the price if the experience was worth it, but it was definitly not worth the cost and the quality of the food was definitly not high end.

    It was a terrible choice to bring the family here for Mother’s Day. They sat us late for our reservation and then closed the buffet early. When we realized what was going on with they poorly planned Mother’s Day brunch it was too late to go somewhere else. We stayed and made the best but I was very embarrassed with my choice.

    Was not pleased with staff at all. Did not receive a waiter & was not served till we had to ask for a person. Luckily we were not charged for anything which was appreciated just wished we had the experience I flew out to Georgia for.

    The Versailles room is a big open light/bright room. Since the brunch was buffet, there was limited service, but the presentations were nice, and the buffet tables were distributed in different areas of the room which was nice. The buffet tables had a nice selection, and the flowers in the room were beautiful.

    The overhead glass is gorgeous- but at 1pm In the afternoon it’s like getting cooked under a glass jar. Our server was wonderful! Service was fantastic! Food was mediocre and too expensive for what we got. Two chicken salad sandwiches and two glasses of wine for $87. A bit much. Might be good for a brunch or large party, but not worth it for a mother/ daughter lunch.

    Dining was good. Offered valet service on arrival without an explanation of charges. I offered a tip to the valet and then he told me the fee was $20. Pretty high considering we were there 90 minutes. Beware!

    The food was delicious, the facilities were absolutely beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary was perfect. Our waitress, Trulov was amazing! She was very welcoming and checked on us just enough times to make sure everything was satisfactory.

    While our server was friendly, she took extremely long to do everything. We were greeted after 10 minutes of sitting. And the slow service continued from there. The food was awful. I ordered the salmon which was over cooked. The mustard greens were way too bitter and the capers were sour instead of salty. I exchanged my food for the mussels appetizer which was slightly better. I was extremely disappointed as this was my birthday dinner. I’ve dined there before and it wasn’t that bad

    Food was good and ambience was nice. Food selection at the Buffet was pretty standard; eggs, waffles, omelettes, breakfast meats. Steer clear of the mimosas if you want to save some $$.

    Welcome to Denny’s, except at Dennys they provide better service and a meal there for four costs less than per person here. You’re somewhat trapped into eating there due to location and they know it.

    Service was slow and not cordial. Food was ok but overpriced, i.e. a plate of lentils and a few veggies cost 28 dollars and a plate of 5 ravioli (literally!) cost 32 dollars. No bread and butter was offered before appetizers as it is common in fine dining restaurants. Cocktails were not available for no reason. I was celebrating my anniversary so it was very disappointing,

    We met a couple of friends there and wanted to take them to a nice dinner. We live in this area but don’t go to your restaurant very often. It’s a little pricey but we really enjoyed it last night. Will be back.

    The overall experience was mixed. The place is absolutely beautiful, however the food was not up to expectation. The choice selection for main course was very slim and the food was only fair both in presentation and taste. For the cost we would think more attention would be placed on food quality. We visited the bar area upstairs to the Versailles and enjoyed that more than the restaurant.

    Food was marvelous. My only issue was that the complimentary two glasses of wine were limited in selection when that was not indicated on the voucher
