Unfortunately, my husband’s prime rib was served medium when he ordered medium- rare. Also, we were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary which the restaurant knew….I expected something special like a dessert on the house, but nothing like that was forthcoming.

We were coming into Ann Arbor for the Joe Jackson show at he Michigan Theater. Decided to eat at Weber's as we hadn't been there in years. Service brought back memories, only the characters had changed. Emily & Chandler took care of us and the food was excellent. Keep up the good work, we'll be back!

The lobster bisque was served lukewarm. The lobster in the soup was delicious. The tails were overdone, causing the tails to be chewy and tough. The sea bass was delicious. The sauce on top of the sea bass was too heavy for the flakey, buttery fish. The service was excellent. Our server could tell I was not enjoying the drink I ordered and fixed me right up. Overall the experience was okay.

I was disappointed that they ran out of the live Maine Lobster, so I ordered the lobster tails and they were tough, had no flavor and not worth the price I paid. We had to ask for a bread bowl twice and when we got it, it was full of bits and pieces of the garlic bread and few pieces of the white bread. I noticed that others who received their bread bowls around us had large pieces of toasted wafers, large pieces of garlic bread. We joked that our basket was like the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree of bread baskets. The French onion soup and Ceaser salad was great. The Prime Rib could have had more seasoning as well. My husband also ordered a lobster tail as a side dish which he found had no flavor. When we ordered dessert we were told that they were out of half of everything on the menu. I didn’t want ice cream to go. Our reservation was not late at night and we spent a lot of money. We will not be going back.

The meat and potatoes were not warm. Even the ham that was cut on demand wasn’t very warm. Strange. The lack of desserts compared to prior years was also disappointing.

This was the third time we have eaten at Weber’s in last 4 months. NY Strip steaks ordered each time. Steaks had quite a bit of gristle compared to first two times. First two times steaks were excellent.

5/5/2022: We selected this place to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We got married here at Weber's and was very pleased by the service, care, and attention on our special day! Weber's is a time honored institution in my city. Today we were disappointed. While the services was nice, the ambience was good and classy, the food left much to be desired. My London broil was rather cool and tough. My husband didn't enjoy his ribeye, claiming it to be tough, also. The salad, the soup du jour and the creme brulee was nice. If you're looking for a classy atmosphere, this is your location. If you're looking for really good food, try elsewhere.

We were there for our 41st wedding anniversary. Every time we have been at Weber's in Ann Arbor, the cuisine has been top notch. We will continue to go back! The Manager was extremely helpful in her suggestion with our champagne choice. The atmosphere has always been great. My wife and I love looking a the "birch tree" displays in the upper display area of the restaurant. Great idea! Thank you for taking care of us while we were there. Best, John & Kathy

Food arrived cool, a baked potato not even warm, the rib eye was more fat and grizzle than meat, the best part of my meal was the tomato basil soup, and even that was not very hot but tasty. My spouse's prime rib was also not very warm, the potato the same as mine, and her scallops were good. Our server was okay but seemed like he would rather have been elsewhere.
