Executive Chef Marc Boussarie has created a regional bistro inspired menu utilizing local products such as Lockhart Ranch beef, Idaho trout and Vertical Harvest greens. Both Chef Boussarie and F & B Director Jason Azarpour bring a 5 star hospitality experience as well as classic French culinary training to the Whistling Grizzly.
