Not all bottomless branches are the same. Burly experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and delightful (shout out to Jamie!). The share plates we had were divine and the meatballs were an absolute standout. The drinks menu really was sublime, they were fresh, so tasty and the variety was great. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring all of the selections. The music was energetic and the atmosphere was intimate but buzzing.. the care and attention we experienced from start to finish made the whole afternoon the most enjoyable bottomless brunch I’ve experienced.

Fantastic service. The tasting provided so much information and alternative ways to use the products. Staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Tasting meal was superb and views were so lovely. A top rated experience.

What a fabulous experience. Very clever how the chef has devised the menu around the core HOTA exhibition. The food was excellent, interesting and tasty, the presentation was beautiful, the wine pairings were delicious and varied and the staff were knowledgeable and attentive. It felt like a special treat.

    We hosted our visitors from Melbourne at the Husk Distillery for lunch and had a marvellous time. It was a top notch experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. The service was impeccable and the food absolutely delicious and of course the gin amazing.

    The selection of fresh seafood is exceptional. All food eaten was of high quality and no negative shad at our table. The live music was an acceptable noise level. We went there twice in the week.
