    I met a couple of friends who were going to the airport after a bird watching trip to Cape May. Very convenient for them, a two-bus ride for me that dropped me off across the street. As advertised, it is the old guardhouse for the naval base. Three light eaters who don't drink alcohol had a wonderful meal for about $32!! My Buffalo Cauliflower with Bleu Cheese Sauce was a perfect $10 lunch. My companions agreed. If it wasn't two buses away, I would probably go more often, but I did get to see the statue of ADM George Melville, engineer for the Jeanette on its fatal Arctic run while I was on the Naval Base. There was a kids' party on the other side of the room, but it did not disturb our conversation. Definitely a spot to try.

    Great dinner last night at Urban Village. Greeted quickly and confirmed reservation and taken to a table. Checked out the monthly special cocktail and pizza. Very vibrant place with lots of beers and pizzas, games on the tv and a great patio that also allows dogs!
