    The outside if the restaurant is covered by construction at the moment but once you walk into the restaurant you are transported to a beautiful Chinese restaurant. It is elegant with a touch of modern. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the lobster spring rolls and the chicken dumplings. Both very tasty. We ordered the grand Marnier jumbo shrimp over delicate lo mein noodles. It was amazing. The service was excellent as well. This will be a forever spot every time we return to NY.
