    1806 is perfection on all levels. We have enjoyed many great whiskey nights here but decided to go to the Thursday jazz night lucky we booked as was busy in a good way. We loved all the cocktails especially the blood & sand so good! Highlight other than the gorgeous waitress who was delightful and attentive and obviously the incredible jazz band, oh his voice! Was the toastie on the menu, we had to order a second one it was so yummy! Will be back Thursday's a lot more! My fave melbourne bar!!!

    I loved everything about my meal there for the endless steak night. Service was friendly and prompt, always happy to talk about the wine etc. my only concern was the noise level and feeling a bit crowded by the number of tables. A small price to pay for fantastic food, wine, and banter!!

    My favourite cocktail spot in the city! Fun, creative cocktails and lovely staff. They put so much care into everything they make and consider things like allergies when mixing custom drinks. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a gorgeous cocktail experience in a smaller venue.
