- MMugdhaAtlanta •1 review5.0Dined on Jul 2, 2026Had an amazing dining experience at ROOH in San Francisco. The food was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and every dish felt thoughtfully done. We tried the masala jackfruit tacos, Himalayan momo ras, dahi puri, and butter chicken with naan. The dahi puri came with a fun dry ice presentation, which made the experience even more special. The highlight for me was definitely the masala jackfruit tacos. As someone who had never tried jackfruit before, I was surprised by how much I loved it. The flavors were bold and balanced, and it was such a unique dish. The Himalayan momo ras was another standout. The momos were incredibly soft, with a thin outer covering and flavorful filling. The ras elevated the whole dish beautifully. Even though momos in India are usually served with chutney and mayo, this version didn’t make us miss those at all. The butter chicken was also delicious, with super soft chicken and great flavor, especially paired with naan. Overall, ROOH delivered a memorable experience with amazing food, creative presentation, and flavors that really stood out. Definitely worth visiting!More infoROOH San Francisco$$$$• Contemporary Indian• SOMA•4.5
- VVaniNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 20, 2026Overall great experience. One of the best French and Indian fusion cuisine in world. We ordered the Kulcha and the duck samosa as appetizers. For the main dish we ordered the lamb Biriyani and Branzino. We also ordered Mango lassi, it was rich and delicious. They ran out of the payasam and that was a bit disappointing. However the mango kulfi made up for it.More infoBombay Brasserie$$$$• French / Indian• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.1
- IIleneGoldSan Francisco Bay Area •27 reviews5.0Dined on May 3, 2026I read that everything is made in-house from scratch, from their sauces to their spice blends. It's apparent in the curries - Namaste offers many curries - the Malabar with chicken was delicious, it had big chunks of chicken that were moist and tender. The Avocado Chat was a surprise - it is delicious with flecks of pomegranate and a crispy garbanzo topping. Veggies from the tandoori were perfectly cooked and spiced, the naans, same thing - perfectly cooked. Namaste offers food that is prepared with skill and care. The prices are not outrageous, the staff are welcoming and attentive, the dining room is lovely. A welcome addition to San Francisco.More infoNamaste Indian Cuisine$$$$• Indian• Mission District•4.2
