Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Stapleton, Denver / Colorado

The best steak I’ve ever tried, good prices and amazing environment. But the best thing from the night, was our waiter, Luis, he came with so much enthusiasm to our table, his recommendations and great service made our night special. Definitely coming back.

Haven’t been in a while and we were celebrating a business success with a friend. The food and service were exceptional. Such a breath of fresh air to have knowledgeable servers and unique and beautiful food. It was a pleasure and can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely incredible experience at North Italia Denver — easily a 5-star night. We started with the focaccia bread and wow, it lived up to every bit of the hype. Buttery, light, and honestly to die for. I could’ve made a meal out of it alone. For mains, I had the lasagna and my girlfriend got the chicken parm. Both were exactly what you want from Italian comfort food — rich, hearty, and clearly made with care. The real surprise was dessert. I’m someone who almost never has room left after dinner, but we couldn’t help ourselves. My girlfriend went with the affogato and I tried the seasonal butter cake — both were phenomenal. The butter cake especially blew me away. Service was great, the vibe was warm, and the food top to bottom was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back.

It was our first time dining at Tavernetta. We loved it in so many different ways. The quality of the food, drink and service was consistently excellent. We really enjoyed the decor and ambience of the dining room and open kitchen. And all of the staff were cheerful and friendly. We’ll be back soon.

We loved this restaurant! The food, the drinks, and service were exceptional. We came here to celebrate my niece’s graduation and she felt so special by the staff. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely return.
