- DDavidChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2025My wife and I had dinner at VeRo and it was amazing. Chef Amarante has very unique vision and perfect execution in every one of the dishes, including flawless, yet simple plates that were anything but simple. They also boasted one of the best wine pairings I’ve ever had. I expect to hear much more of this restaurant and the chef in the future, their only momentum is up. And the next time we’re in Venice, of course we’ll be back.More infoVeRo€€€€• Italian• Castello•5
