Eat at the bar. Our bar tender Craig was great as were the people that sat next to us. A lot of energy and fun. Food was outstanding and Craig fixed the perfect dirty martini. Will go back on our return to Nola.

I had been to Tujagues' original location several times over the years, but it had been at least 15 years since my last visit. The food, atmosphere and service were all as expected - exceptional. One of my favorite restaurants in the quarter. Victor, our server, was professional and attentive. All-in-all, I highly recommend this establishment.

I was fully aware that the amount of food I had ordered would not be humanly possible to eat for my friend and I. I did not care. Typically on my last day in New Orleans I like to try somewhere new. This would be an exception. I was going for the guaranteed winner. I had been to the Creole Cookery two times prior and it’s just amazing. The food is beyond outstanding, the staff is awesome, and I just can’t get enough. My friend was so happy we finished the trip at this restaurant. He witnessed the incredible staff deal with a very unpleasant table at such a high level that he pulled the waiter aside to tell him what a great job he did and how he felt bad for him having to deal with some unruly people. I left stuffed and satisfied. The crab cakes are unreal. The redfish was spectacular along with the red beans and rice and gumbo. I will be back!!!
