    We had the set menu, which was excellent. The snacks and bread set a very high standard, but were more than matched by the crispy egg yolk starter with wonderful flavours and textures- I would happily have it as a main. The lamb main was delightful, followed by an incredible mango, passion fruit and coconut souffle. Service was friendly and professional. This is a favourite Sussex restaurant and we have never been disappointed. The food was so good, I'm returning with another guest this month!

    We enjoyed our meal at the Toby cottage, My husband ordered from the special menu a dover sole very good we thought it was a tad expensive @ £ 52.50 other then that it was an exceptional meal good size portions very well presented. would recommend to anyone.
