    The tasting menu selections for the two of us were outstanding, and the the wine parings enabled us to enjoy some Quebec wines. Bonaparte has for us been a must when visiting over the decades and the cuisine has changed no only by season but also for changing times. The ambiance and professional service remain unchanged. We agreed it was a wholly enjoyable experience once again.
