The food was nice overall, some plates are really tasty I recommend the deer carpaccio and the traditional dill soup which were reallly delicious. Main courses were okay, maybe less options would upgrade the general quality of the propositions, the deer was very well cooked. Unfortunately the desert despite being aesthetically very pleasing didn’t meet our French standards, the pastry chef needs to put less gelatin in the blueberry mousse which was curdled.
