Best International Restaurants in Tenleytown

We all ordered the veggie burger and it was excellent. It was one of our attendee’s birthday and the server brought a lovely dessert for her-some chocolate cake with ice cream and strawberries! We also had the delicious cannolis!

Omar was great at the bar, and our waitress was so sweet! We celebrated my husband’s birthday, and everyone made him feel special. The tuna appetizer, harissa chicken, and bucatini were fabulous!

This was my firth visit to the RealmDC. I keep coming back, so I must like the place. It's true, I do like going here. My husband and I bring friends when they are in town and we come for the food and drinks as a date for date night. Last night, there was a live DJ which meant it was a bit loud, but other than that, things were what we expected. To be treated well by the staff, from the security guy at the front door (I must remember to get his name the next time), because he was especially helpful last night; to the pleasant guy at the desk by the elevator (I must remember his name too), to the hosts who greeted us before being seated. Special shout out to to Ava, thanks so much for just being you. Last, the young lady who took our order at the table, girl, ma'am, that salad you suggested was the bomb dot com!! So, thanks to everyone and I look forward to my next visit.

This is some of best Persian food we have had. This is just as good as homemade (my son-in-law is Persian.) We have been there several times including Mother's Day. Six of us gathered to enjoy a wonderful lunch. The owner and staff were very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed the Kashk Bademjan(eggplant) and Mast O Khiar(yogurt and cucumber) for starters as well as the Wings prepared with pomegranate molasses. They were spectacular! We shared kabobs and Ghormeh Sabzi, a beef stew, and Fesenjoon a rich chicken stew. We ended with salmon and lamb shank. Each dish was served with the appropriate rice. Most of which we wound up taking home. We were too stuffed to order dessert, but the Baghlava and ice cream are both delicious. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try Persian food.

This was an amazing establishment! Unique dishes with superb flavors. Exquisite wine selection and the atmosphere feels like home.
