We made a last minute reservation and were so impressed. Friendly staff and great food—their “favorites” were all spectacular. The caprese is a must have, eggplant was great and spaghettoni and meatballs were awesome.

A wonderful dining experience at Ristorante Agrodolce in Rome! The pasta was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and full of authentic Italian flavors. But what truly made our evening exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome from beginning to end. Great food is always appreciated, but exceptional hospitality makes a restaurant unforgettable. Agrodolce delivered both! Highly recommended and definitely a place we would love to visit again.

This was the best meal we had in Rome! Our waiter, Kevin was amazing! He was friendly and very helpful with selecting something from their menu. We had amazing food and drinks sitting outside as a group of 6. We all thought it was the best food we had this trip (so far).

We visited as a group of three to celebrate my birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! First of all, the ambiance was beautiful. The restaurant has such an elegant, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for special occasions or a lovely dinner. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. We really appreciated how carefully they explained each dish and drink, paying attention to every little detail. We were also treated to some lovely complimentary creations from the chef, which was such a nice touch. Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious, and we loved both the presentation and the flavors of the dishes. I would also like to mention something about the portion sizes. Anima is a fine dining restaurant located inside The Rome EDITION hotel, so I would recommend visiting with that in mind. Rather than expecting a traditional restaurant experience, it’s a place where presentation, flavors, and the overall dining experience take center stage. The portions reflect this concept, and we personally weren’t disappointed at all. In fact, we thoroughly enjoyed everything! All three of us left feeling extremely happy and satisfied. From the beautiful atmosphere and delicious food to the exceptional service, everything contributed to making my birthday dinner truly special. Anima has definitely become one of my new favorite spots in Rome! I would absolutely love to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely dining experience. ❤️

Wonderful beautiful quaint rooftop restaurant in a very exquisite hotel. The lighting was perfect, food was amazing and well plated, waiter was unbelievably nice. They even gave us complementary dessert and candies bc we were celebrating our honeymoon. Food perfect.
