Best Japanese Restaurants in Dayton, Kentucky

Once again we had an amazing time here. The food is always delicious and the service is great . We can’t wait until our next visit.

This was our 3rd visit to Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse; the first at the Precinct and these last 2 in downtown Cincinnati. Each time we leave loving the experience even more than the last. Our visit this week to the downtown Cincinnati location to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday was by far our best experience yet. Our party of five also included my mother for her first Jeff Ruby’s experience. Aside from the amazing food the delivers with every bite and the incredible atmosphere, it will always be the people that will make or break the experience. We were blessed to have had Umit as our server. He displayed the professional and elegant demeanor you’d expect but also the comfortable charm and witty humor of someone you’d call a friend. We felt that not a beat was missed as he anticipated our every need while leaving us with smiles and laughter throughout the entire evening.

My experience at Baru was absolutely delightful. My boyfriend and I went there for a nice dinner date to celebrate his birthday and their food was exquisite. I got the spicy tuna roll and it met my expectations (I am very picky). Our waiter was very kind and gave us great recommendations of what to get. Our server, Jacob, also gave us free Mochi ice cream in coconut and strawberry flavors. I am not even a fan of mochi but this mochi was so good! I would confidently say this is the best sushi place I have ever been too! The vibe was so aesthetic and it was very classy vibe. It was quiet in there as we were there on a Monday and there were only a couple of other people in there. I would 100% recommend going to Baru! The bathrooms were very clean and super cool looking too! Lastly, Sushi rolls for 50% off when we visited so that was nice.

Zie was as delightful as our sushi! This is a great spot for lunch.
